Reims Hotels with Free Parking.

When we checked in, the extra bed for my child was already prepared. Free parking is available right outside the hotel, though the front desk does warn about the risk of a parking ticket. However, everyone parks there, and since it was a public holiday, we did too, successfully saving over 20 euros. The room has basic tableware, and the microwave and oven are a single unit, which is handy for making simple meals. But Reims has so much delicious food! You absolutely have to go to ”Mala” for their beef noodles – they're amazing! The hotel's location is decent, just be careful not to take a wrong turn at the roundabout. There's a huge Carrefour within a 10-minute drive, a must-visit for anyone with a car – it's a great place for shopping. Breakfast was good, with warm bread. Our room was cleaned daily during our three-day stay. Overall, I think it's a good place.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Fantastic location right next to the cathedral !  Easy to get around the city center and many restaurants options near by.  The rooms are a bit old but considering the location it may be the best option in the area.  Highly recommended !

персонал стал сразу решать проблему с нашими российскими переводами, не стал нас особо напрягать по этому поводу, мало того, нам бесплатно дали второй номер (аппартаменты), потому что, когда увидели рост нашего ребенка, сказали, что на софе (диване) ему будет не удобно, по росту он впритык помещался…, короче, мы в шоке! Приятном шоке!) апартаменты огромные, отлично укомплектованы, очень просторная ванна-душ, супер чисто! До центра- мах минут 15 пешком, лучше пройтись , чем в шумном, проблемном центре снимать жильё (в историческом центре проблемы: вода, канализация, грохот). В общем, этот отель рекомендую!

Do consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

A good budget hotel for a night on our way back home. Reims is a must to visit for sure! The room was small and it would be hard to use it for more than 2 people. However the location is great and easy to reach from the motorway. And next to the ibis hotel there is Mercury hotel where we went for dinner And it was superbly delicious;))))

Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

Simple, and practical for a short stay. Quiet surroundings. Parking near the entrance, breakfast in the main building, which was acceptable. Bathroom had a bath and shower in it. The glass to avoid splashing doesn't work, since it is far too small and the bathroom floor gets wet and one risks falling. In all not a bad hotel for the price charged.

I stayed here with the purpose of visiting the Christmas market and champagne wineries in Reims. It's a little far from the city center, but there's a tram station very close by, so transportation is not a problem at all. There's also a supermarket right in front, so you can buy drinks like water cheaply. I arrived by car, and at first the gate was closed and I didn't know where to enter, but there was a pedestrian walkway right next to it, and I entered through there and the receptionist gave me the code to unlock the gate. The hotel itself is inexpensive and very affordable. The receptionist was very helpful despite my broken English. I had a very pleasant stay.

I am a little mitigated about my stay in this hotel. A litch at the top, beautiful surface of the room. But level equipment.. Nothing. No soap in the distributors, half-scrapped toilet glasses, very old moquette. It seems that nothing is done to bring the client back. I welcome the staff's sympathy.
