"Very well located hotel, we went there for the Christmas market 2024. Excellent location, no need to take the car to get there. Excellent welcome. I requested a double bed when ordering online and it was granted. I appreciated it. Thank you again. Excellent welcome tray!!!! We slept like babies, excellent bedding... I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, even if it doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's completely different when you enter."

"The hotel itself is good, with a decent variety of breakfast options and pretty nice rooms, plus there's parking available. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Upon check-in, we were told that the room type we booked was unavailable and they could only offer us an accessible room, which was awkwardly equipped and clearly not meant for general guests. This is quite unacceptable, especially when guests book well in advance and arrive for check-in an hour after it starts, at 5 PM. The receptionists initially refused to offer any alternatives, then suggested a room at an extra charge (why should we pay more when they can't even provide the room we booked?). It was only after speaking with a senior administrator that we finally managed to sort things out and get a room without an additional fee. The receptionists were very unfriendly throughout this process, which is not the welcome you expect on arrival. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the room when we checked in; it was only provided the next day. Tea and coffee weren't replenished either, which was disappointing. To top it off, the Wi-Fi didn't work for our entire stay (a whole three days!). I've never encountered this in a hotel of this caliber before. The parking payment system is also inconvenient; you have to pay when exiting, not at reception. And it's quite expensive for this location. On the upside, it's a genuinely short walk to the city center, about 10-12 minutes."
