Strasbourg Hotels with Free Parking.

One of the strangest hotel I stayed. I've visited 21 European Country so far, but this hotel was quite different from the previous ones. Firstly, the check-in process was annoying. The woman in the reception told us that we would not be able to have the key of the apartment before 3 pm, which had been officially anounced. That was understandable. However, the woman at the reception could have been more polite. Furthermore, they asked us to fill out a form although she had already asked our personal information. There was no air conditioning at the reception desk but we had to spend time over there despite the extremely hot weather. After 3 pm, more than 10 people were waiting in front of the desk in order to collect the key of the apartments (havasız küçücük bir alanda)... Finally, it was our turn, they told us that we had to pay a deposit for 50€ (if we break anything in the apartment) and they told us this can happen. Ok, maybe it happened before but although I stayed in apartments more than 8-10 times (in different European countries), I've never encountered a policy like this. Apparently, they came up with a ”genius” policy that no other apartment I have stayed in across Europe has ever had. As a bonus, there is a sign inside the room: ”if you forget to clean the kitchen, we charge you with 15€”... Also, inside the room, there was no enough rack to put our luggages on.. Even if the room was clean, and the location was good enough, this apartment/hotel will be a place I never want to stay again...

What a fantastic hotel! I was genuinely surprised and delighted when I saw my room upon check-in. I had requested a quiet room and ended up with a corner room, which offered an amazing view from its corner windows. The warm sunlight streaming onto the corner sofa made for a super comfortable spot to relax and soak up the rays. The room design was very well thought out, and surprisingly, the bathroom featured a three-part separation (toilet, shower, and sink are separated). There was even a full cart for making hot water and coffee. It felt quite luxurious! The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and frequently checked in to see how my stay was going. It truly was a surprisingly delightful experience. The location is also excellent; just over 200 meters away, there's a tram stop, and a few stops will take you right to the city center. It's perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the central area. Highly recommend!

The single room was spacious enough for one person. The photos online are better than the reality, especially what comes to bathrooms. Carrelage was broken on the floor so I assume there will be humidity at one point. No shampoo or conditioner available. The heating / cooling system did not function properly in the room. The receptionist kindly found me an extra blanket. Ear plugs would have been useful, as neighbours were loud coming to hotel at night. The breakfast was ok, but not standing out.

The hotel was very good and satisfactory. We stayed here while attending a conference, and the breakfast was generally quite good, though the housekeeping seemed a bit unenthusiastic about their cleaning schedule.

Nicely located best the train station and with the city center 10 minutes by foot. The hotel itself could use some renovation, it seemed old but okay for a short stay. As for the room, at first I was offered a wheelchair room, which had small windows, twin beds, was not cozy at all, and also lacked shower chair. So I asked to be provided with a superior studio that I initially booked :) The room was spacious, with double bed, mini kitchen, washing machine, fridge, dishes and some kitchen utensils. It was enough for a short stay. The one thing that surprised me was that toilet and bathroom were separated in different corners of the apartment: toilet at the entrance door, and bathroom next to the bed, so you need to turn around three corners to wash your hands 🤪 But the staff was helpful and overall I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel is well located, with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Petite France, train station and Carrefour. Very comfortable and quiet at night provided us a very good sleep. We like the small kitchen with all necessary utensils are provided. We can purchase some grocery from nearby Carrefour and cook dinner for ourselves. Strasbourg is a very lovely and beautiful city.

The location is excellent, with the B tram stop right outside. A walk along the Ill River from the hotel to Petite France offers fantastic views. The hotel facilities are also very complete, and a supermarket is about 100 meters away.

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

Very comfortable hotel, the room is spacious and bright. The big sister at the front desk service is really friendly. The surrounding environment is also very quiet. Living here is very cost-effective and worth recommending

Love the service there! The staff at the reception were amazing but the place does not resemble the photo, it's a lot smaller and less new but there's cooking utensils, pots, stove, and microwave but just looks very different from the picture so it was unexpected. It's just 10mins walk to the train station which is very convenient! 20-25mins walk from attractions
