1. 歷史悠久，酒店有600年歷史，古典英國風情，房間內部還有600年前的樣子。感受ying 英國鄉村很好的地方。
2. 地理位置優越，Overton市中心，到St Mary’ Church很方便。今年是著名作家簡·Austin誕辰250週年紀念，英國政府特地製作了兩張與Overton和簡·奧斯汀有關的徒步路線圖，酒店和教堂可以免費取，非常有意義，Overton所在的鄉村風景也很美。其中一個路線是去簡的出生地Steveton.
3. 酒店服務好，免費飲料，除了房間內的茶吧，很多英式茶葉和咖啡，還有鮮牛奶、豆奶、燕麥奶、杏仁奶，每天免費提供。客人還可以向酒店要牙刷等洗漱用品。飲用水可以免費要。
4.房間內還有音箱，看電視和電影效果好。
5. 睡覺的床特別舒服。洗澡間也很乾凈方便。沐浴用品都是天然花香成分。
6.房價時常有優惠，便宜時候含税500左右，性價比非常高。

Friendly and polite reception staff.
Room was very clean with all expected amenities.
BUT, I would not stay here again as the rooms are very close together so I was plagued by noise all night, even after midnight. Doors banging, a baby crying in the room next door. These noises were probably unavoidable, but my room backed into the pub courtyard and there were people talking at the tables outside, again, this was after midnight - why?? I wouldn’t have expected any pub noise at all after 11. I was travelling for work and had an early start so this was a poor stay for me.
