Clean spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom. Overall, good value for money but expensive car parking fee.

Stayed for a night at the hotel to attend my friend’s wedding at nearby Grand Sapphire venue. The hotel was very nice with a nice bar and restaurant. The room was clean and was of good size. The only downside is car park is not free even for guests. Its £10 for 24 hours. Also, in the morning the housekeeping staff came very early and was working in the corridor area and we could hear the noises from inside our room which woke me up. Wanted to sleep longer as we had a late night at the wedding.

There were three of us in the room, which was very comfortable, and the extra bed was only 10 pounds. There are many choices for dinner, including steak, which tastes very good! Service is nice. 18 holes of golf + club rental = 31 pounds. It will definitely get dark at 4:30. It is recommended to use colored balls from 4 to 4:30, otherwise you will not be able to find the ball.

This is a luxurious hotel with grand entrance and reception. Complimentary tea & coffee for guests in reception area. Free car parking on street & in well lit car park The double room I booked was clean & tidy with en-suite shower room,with good facilities that met all my needs. Breakfast was included. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again, I recommend.

My choice of hotel when in London, close to loads of restaurants. There is a gym 2 minutes away , and kiddies play gym for the grandchildren when they come around. Parking is free for 72 hours for a hotel stay. Would have been perfect if there was a fridge in the room. Other than that comfortable stay.

Good value of money, nice location with variety choices of transportation - bus, train, underground. Breakfast is nice with plenty of choices of food. The hotel staff is very helpful and tried to serve our needs with heart and patient. Highly recommended!

Room is very clean in general. There’s some smell in the washroom but they have air freshener for us to use there, so it’s still ok. Remember to book carpark in advance coz there’s not much car spaces. You can still park on the street but will need to pick up car early in the morning. Photos show the breakfast, it’s being served whole day from morning till night. Recommend this hotel to travellers who need car space and laundry, very convenient and cost effective.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are bus stops and a train station within a few minutes walk and has free parking for a few cars. There's kitchen facilities available for use and free WiFi. The place is very dated and in need of decoration. The baths are stained with a shower head coming of the taps that has no pressure. For the price charged I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel but this was value for money.
