AAnonymous UserIt's really good, worth it because it includes breakfast for 2 people. Plus it's clean and fragrant. The only drawback is that in the bathroom, the curtain between the toilet and the shower should be cleaned regularly. Because if it's wet, it looks yellow, making it look less clean. The rest is really good. Same for coffee, add powdered creamer like packaged sugar. So that it's not just sugar.

We did not mind that there is no wifi; my wife and I were happy to just talk with eachother but we can understand that it's a bit of a drawback for others so we gave it 4 smileys.

RRiWdIf you prefer to stay not in city center of Garut, this hotel is suitable for you. You will be surrounded by mountain and paddy fields’ view.
This hotel has 2 main buildings. Each buildings has their own heated pool. So, you can enjoy night swim without worry.
They also serve afternoon tea, and while you are waiting check in process, they will serve you snack and complimentary drinks.
Breakfast menu has decent varieties. They have EV charging station at parking area.
Cleanliness at hotel, no complaint at all.

EElsaDLThe place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut.

A little suggestion for the pool bath water is not turned on for hot water, the children's pool slide is also very dirty, can't slide smoothly, hope to improve. Thank you

IIHotel is in front of the sea directly, got new room, seems they just built it. The room is very clean, had double bed and clean as well, bathroom is narrow but clean, need to wait quite some time for AC to be cooled. For 1 night stay was comfortable enough compare the others.

GGuest UserThe room did not match the order, very disappointed whether the trip mistake or from the accommodation! The room did not match the order. The room booked turned out to be a guest and was forced to upgrade another room and charged an additional fee,, the room was nice and clean but was disappointed not getting the room I wanted.
