AAnonymous UserYour hotel is comfortable . Breakfast was good and have variety choices. The service in the front desk and restaurant are both good too, especially during breakfast the waitress are friendly and ready to help. During my Check in the front desk help pretty quick too. The bus boy took my luggage right away being send to my room. Has free coffee or tea in the lounge is a good thing . The non smoking room is clean and not too small, bathroom facilities is good. The cupboards have many hangers I like that. The price is not too cheap, average price. Overall I enjoyed my stay . I don’t mind recommending to friends.

GGuest UserOverall it is a good value for money. Popular with family with kids which can be noisy. Room is adequate, however you can hear people dragging chairs from the upper floor as it is tiles insteas of carpeted. Rooms and amenities looks dated and tired. Breakfast selection is Indonesian food and taste good.

I had a very enjoyable experience staying at HARRIS Hotel Malang. The staff were warm and welcoming from the start, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay.
The pool area was a nice spot to unwind, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. It’s also conveniently located, with easy access to the city center and other attractions.
One thing that could be improved is the breakfast selection. While the food was okay, the variety was quite limited compared to what I expected from a hotel of this level.
Despite that, I still had a great time and would consider staying here again. A nice place to relax while exploring Malang

AAnonymous UserThey have variety of food for the breakfast which is great. However, the cafe of the hotel (Napa Eatery & Bar), was not as great. Food took 30mins to serve when my family is the only one there for dinner. The taste of the food was not really on par with the reviews that I've seen.
The hotel services is not as great. They reassured us that they will provide the things that are not in the room (example: iron for ironing clothes), but, we did not receive it.

the hotel is clean, has a free valet service for car parking, small pool in the 6th floor facing the street.
the staffs are very accomodate what you needs, they also offer us a free upgraded room to deluxe.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with warm smiles and going out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out.
Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. The variety of dishes offered was impressive, catering to both local and international tastes. Each meal was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious, giving me the perfect start to my day.

WWan Irham 75This hotel is strategically located along the main road. There are a lot of restaurants, cafe and convenient stores nearby.
In terms of rooms, we are happy to book a room. We get 2 big beds and in one room, four adults can sleep comfortably.
Toilet is divided into shower cubicle, sink and vanity mirror and toilet bowl. My comment is that shower cubicle is only half closed and it's missing proper glass door. Therefore, shower water spills into the sink and mirror section. When it's wet, the tile is quite slippery. So, walk carefully.
Two breakfast coupons worth IDR50,000.00 each are given for each room. You can have your breakfast delivered to your room or you can dine at the restaurant. The restaurant is located in the building next to the hotel. We were informed that the restaurant is under the same management as the hotel. The food is good. We ordered bubur ayam a few times as it is good. Nasi goreng Jawa is very delicious. There are chicken slices and cabbage slices. It's well cooked and the portion is generous.
What is interesting about this hotel? It has a rooftop restaurant and you can take pictures of Malang city from up there.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located next to the main road in the city center, which is very convenient to find. It is about one kilometer away from the train station. There are many restaurants on the road above the train station.
The hotel room is standard and big enough with a bathtub, but it's too old and poorly maintained. It looks a bit dirty and needs to be renovated.

KkitsunebilaThe air conditioning is less cold, but so far because malang cold so safe .. location okay, near indomaret .. towards the stone is also good, to the mall good close, deker univ so many places to hang out, the guard had disappeared for a while when checkin .. so far good
