I used this hotel because a local client recommended it, and I was very satisfied with the friendly staff. The facilities were also very clean and felt like a boutique hotel, which I really liked. The breakfast wasn't bad either, and I was happy with the location, which felt like a clean, new city.

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and odor-free, and the mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm. The Wi-Fi was stable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Housekeeping cleaned daily and on time, with thoughtful service. The hotel environment was quiet, ensuring a peaceful rest. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. For its price range, the quality is top-notch. It's my go-to choice for a short stay, highly recommended.

The place was great, plenty of food restaurants and there was a pasar modern hawker in the basement. The room facilities are good such as: ac, tea kettle, refrigerator, but unfortunately 1 from 2 rooms was smelly, very bad odor. The owner replaced the bed sheets at night, but the smell was still there. We really appreciated the efforts, though .Easy check in and check out. There was a shuttle transjakarta service and special trans pik avenue- tokyo riverside.

My husband and I had a less than pleasant stay here, because we found that the electricity suddenly went out in the apartment unit. At that time, my husband was taking a shower, and suddenly the electricity went out. We couldn't contact the owner to ask what was going on, so we were confused and knocked on the next room. Luckily, our next door neighbor advised us to report to the security downstairs, and after I reported it, an officer came about 20 minutes later and handled the problem which turned out to be the electricity there wasn't enough power. We hadn't turned on anything other than the AC, the TV, and waterheater for shower. This is truly our first time staying in an apartment with inadequate electrical capacity, which can lead to sudden power outages. Hopefully, the owner can fix the voltage Hopefully the owner can immediately repair the electricity in his apartment unit so that a similar incident does not happen again in the future and is experienced by other consumers.

The location is a bit far for those who don't know the tower, it's quite a bit back. The cooking utensils are good, but there's no water heater.

The owner is very kind and helpful. The room is very clean and tidy. Very recommended. I will come back to stay again.

The room type is pretty good, and the hygiene is acceptable. The only problem is that you need to get the key from the box downstairs. Overall, it is pretty good, and the price-performance ratio is okay. It is relatively convenient to eat, drink and shop, and there is a business district downstairs.

I stayed here few times because of the price also location wise. But dont expect like the usual hotel. Its just at par for the comfortness. For those who are sensitive with the cleanliness of toilets will definitely want to avoid.
