Located 2. 5 km away from the main road. Situated on a small hill top. Look cute. Scenic surroundings. Room clean. Food very good. Room ac, hot water on gas available all time. Good locality. Wellness clinic ayurveda available on reasonable cost. Ayurveda physician is available for rejuvenating massage. Fairly good service. No telephone intercoms. But calm and peaceful night except bird’s chatter. No shaving kit for men. Room rent very reasonable and worth.

The property is located in a good location on the main road in kalpetta, wayanad. We enjoyed our stay at the presidential suite with 2 rooms and 2 king-size beds. Furniture is also of high quality. Breakfast was good as well, although it could have been served hot even for those who come late. Room service is prompt. Overall, we had a good time. Value for money.
