I had booked the hotel for three days by mmt. It is located away from city crowd but not too far. Check in was hassle free within no time. Reception and staff had warm behaviour ready to help in all possible ways. Room tariffs were also reasonable. Ac in my room was not working and after complain they changed and upgrade the room with no extra cost. Cleaniness was great. Restaurant food was also very tasty.

Food : delicious 5/5 improve area- air conditioning systems. Not sufficient as per size of the room need more powerful as per my experience.

Royal galaxy hotel, kanpur stay was not good and it's just an average because no proper hospitality is there. I mean room water. Etc no available. It's feel like you are unwanted guest in someone house.

Good behaviour of receptionist mr. Nitesh, one of the best stay in kanpur room are clean and quick service.

Hotel staff were o. K. Few gaps were found 1. Internal phone was not working. 2. Non availability of warm water to take bath. 3. Intermittent supply of linen e. G. Towel, soap. 4. Non availability of tea snacks during night.
