Ratnagiri Hotels with Free Parking.

It's a new hotel with all expected amenities, good cleaning and staff service. Spacious rooms with balcony, worth it. Only thing to note is that it's kms (10 mins ) from murud beach which is okay if you have your own vehicle.

I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy in the charges for my recent hotel booking. Upon arriving at the hotel, i discovered that the room tariff at the location was lower than the amount charged during the booking through your platform. The hotel staff confirmed the lower tariff, but i was charged a higher amount through makemytrip. This discrepancy has caused me concern, and i kindly request a review of the booking charges.

this is my second visit to this property in 2 months and i must say both times it's a wonderful experience. nice and clean premises and rooms. The staff is very helpful. The food is good but it would be better if they provide authentic malvani, marathi food too. property also has a small waterpark which is fun for kids but it would be nice if they offer some concession to those who have booked the lodging and want to enjoy the waterpark. overall we loved it.

In the map, property shown near st stand, however it is 2 km away from panchgani market. Acs in the rooms are very old and give very little cooling. While booking, it was mentioned swimming pool is there but pool work was going on.
