GGuest UserLet me start by saying all the staff where very pleasant and helpfull I was expecting little attention to detail
When we arrived there was no help out of the car with luggage help came later with the luggage to the room
The room was very nice but the wi.fi was not working
There was no safety deposit box in the room
The sheets had to be changed
Our friends room was no bed side cabinet and chair
All these items got sorted but for a 4 star resort there shouldn’t be these problems in the first place
One item which didn’t get sorted there was no mini bar in the room but it was on there discription

GGuest UserIf you are looking for a clean and well maintained place to stay in Udupi, I recommend this place. Budget friendly place close to the centre of the city. Breakfast is on the house and may not be a great spread but can vouch it to be hygienic. Lunch and dinner has to be ordered via a restaurant which is tied up with them and isn’t available in house , but service is very fast. There are enough eateries in a walkable distance so no worries there. If you are going to be out the whole day and come back only to sleep and relax then don’t think of anything further. Krishna temple is about 15 mins drive from here and Malpe beach about 30 mins . Also have stayed here almost thrice so the review is not just because of a one time experience rather post observing service consistency.

OOlgaThe hotel is well located. Very clean. The rooms are cleaned well. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is great. But we could hear the noise from the restaurant in our room. This can be considered a small minus. Overall, everything is great.

GGuest Useri was on a visit to udupi for temple visit. staff at reception was very coordial. room service staff were good and helpful. cleanliness and hygiene was maintained. reception staff arranged a cab for me to kollur. rate was below than what i was told when asked outside. all over the stay was good

GGuest UserLocation: On the highway, a little away (~3 kms) from the towns main attraction Krishna temple
Room: Bed was comfy and the Room size is good. Our stay was quite short, just a overnight.
Felt the rate was on the higher side comparing to the experience we had.
They have a spacious car parking. It seems a little old hotel in the town and they can focus on giving vibrant look and feel.
