Gguest0510We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, doing everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Every request was met with a smile, and we truly felt like valued guests, surrounded by care and hospitality.
The breakfasts were a highlight — hearty, varied, and delicious, enjoyed each morning on the terrace with a beautiful view. It was also very convenient that the hotel has its own restaurant, where we had lovely dinners in the evenings.
We would love to come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a warm atmosphere!

GGuest User特別好，適合女生單獨或者2個閨蜜出行，給安排了看得見阿拉貢城堡的樓層，可以走路去包括碼頭在內的很多地方。即使下雨天，坐在房間陽台喝咖啡也很愜意。每週五酒店為客人烹飪特色兔肉大餐，超級美味，不容錯過！聽當地人説這家酒店的廚房很有名，前菜buffet➕兔兔➕檸檬sorbet甜點一共20歐，也可以再加點pasta 但一定記得星期五當天早飯的時候預訂！

GGuest UserThis hotel was the perfect hotel for our short trip to Ischia. Lorenzo was fabulous and make some great recommendations. We ate in a local restaurant at the hot out which was delicious. We then ate upstairs in the Aragonese restaurant and it was also very delicious. Make use of the spa if you can, it’s nice and relaxing. Also, the bed was so so comfortable and the pillows were great too!

The Hermitage Resort & Thermal Spa Hotel is a top-class accommodation for all types of travelers. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and stylishly furnished. The staff is very friendly and premature, and the service is excellent.
A special highlight of the hotel is the home restaurant, which serves a variety of delicious dishes from local and international cuisine. The quality of the food is excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and invited.
The location of the hotel is ideal as it is near Castello Aragoneze and many restaurants.
Overall, the hotel offers a great experience and is an excellent choice for travellers looking for comfort, quality and first-class service.

MMannoseThis hotel is in a good location with a gorgeous view. The front desk was very friendly and we’re reachable thru WhatsApp if they were off duty. The rooms do feel a bit outdated and could use some screens to keep out the mosquitos. But for the cost this place was good.
