Matera Hotels with Free Parking.

A small charming place with very friendly hosts. The room was clean and bathroom was modern. There’s a breathtaking view of the Sassi just a couple of steps away from the place. The hosts were helpful in suggesting possible parking areas. Do note that the parking is some distance away so be prepared if you are coming with heavy bags.

Nice hotel. But if you have luggage’s it’s a nightmare to go there. The tenant is quite harassing concerning your hour of check in check out and time of breakfast. If you are vacationing be prepared to answer questions and be on schedule which is not very relaxing

Very good, good value for money! The breakfast was delicious, the service staff was friendly and good, the room was very clean and the location was very close to the city. Free parking and shuttle bus were also provided. It is recommended to everyone!

Everything is good about this hotel. Breakfast is the best in my two weeks Italy trip. Just one suggestion: please ask for a shuttle at the parking if you drive to Matera. Otherwise it is hard to walk there with luggage and you will easily lost in similar small roads.

This is probably the best hotel in Matera based on what we read before traveling. The service is exceptional , very helpful and friendly staff. The room is spacious, very clean and cozy. We had a small balcony with a very nice room. The restaurant that was recommended to us was also amazing. Highly recommend!

Located in the heart of Matera, which means you can’t get there by car, but the views and the room made up for the challenge of getting to it. Everyone was very professional. The room was large, clean and suited our needs. It felt like we were staying in someone’s mansion.

It's a small botique hotel, the front staff is really friendly, they helped to call the taxi, made restaurant for us and kept our luggage before and after our check out and all these done with a 😊. Location is fabulous too, sassi is veey near and good view point!

Excellent experience overall! The lady at the front desk and the restaurant staff were incredibly polite (though there was an older gentleman at the front desk who seemed a bit cold, always on the phone). The hotel's location is superb and very convenient. We had a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. This really left a great impression of the country on us. Highly recommended!

A nice boutique hotel with friendly staff at a good location with restaurants nearby. We booked two rooms - the room on 2nd floor is good but the one on ground floor smells a bit of mould. Perhaps because it’s inside a cave. Breakfast choice is limited with fruits, toast with tomatoes, and cakes. You can order boiled or scrambled eggs as this is the only hot food they serve. We are fine with that but more as fyi.
