GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center between the older part of the city (Ragusa Ibla) and the newer higher part of the city (Ragusa Superiore) not quite at the bottom of the steps… a perfect location.
The hotel is small and very stylishly decorated. We loved it. The staff (Vincenzo) is super nice and very helpful and attentive. He prepared an excellent breakfast of local meats and cheeses and breads and spreads. Delicious.
Our room had a wonderful view and a little terrace. The public spaces and terraces on top have amazing views as well.
It’s a great place. We wanted to stay!

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient to drive. If you come from the direction of Agri Zhentuo, you have to go to Panshan in the village. The parking is convenient, the breakfast is rich, the room is large, there is a swimming pool, very convenient.

GGuest UserI spent a wonderful 3-day stay with my wife at the Erem. The staff is available, courtesy and prepared; the location is simply fabulous: you note the respect of the original structure and the surrounding nature. Breakfast is 10! Central location compared to all the sites of greater interest. If we only move a note, we believe the bathroom should be renovated while respecting the original atmosphere. We will surely return. P. S. : The Arab fountain that crosses almost the entire structure would deserve to be studied in the hydraulic engineering faculties!

DDavid JamesOverall a very nice place to stay. Frienfly staff, good location. We spent 10 wonderful days here... a couple of things to mention for future bookings. The private beach is not free although no extra charge mentioned on the website (20 euros/day!). We have not been told that if you wish to have clean towels for the pool it also comes with extra charge per day. The safe in the room isnt free to use either. Im very glad we did breakfast only in the hotel as the food is very repetetive (if you are a meat lover its a big no no). Plenty of cakes, different kinda bread options but not much esle. For 35euros/person its better to sit in s restaurant on the beach!
The secure carpark is very good if you renting a car, the pool is great and well mainained.

Discrete the first breakfast with the possibility of choosing between various coffee mixtures. To improve the cleaning of the room and in particular the bathroom.

In some other places the mini fridge is stocked for customers convenience. Let them know the extra payments that may accrue at the beginning of the contract. Above all, we enjoyed our stay.
