The breakfast is rich and frugal, because it is the breakfast order the night before. It is indeed a very warm store. For the Chinese, it is a lack of bed quilts. We don't like blankets. Everything else is fine. There is also an electric kettle.

What a fantastic estate, combining a Michelin-starred restaurant and accommodation! We arrived around 12 PM, and the front desk staff immediately and warmly checked us in. They even took us to our room, gave us a tour of the hotel, and thoroughly explained all the facilities, including the hiking route to San Gimignano! After enjoying a delicious meal at the Michelin restaurant, we hiked to the medieval 'Manhattan' and found the walking distance from the hotel to the tower city was just right! The breakfast on the second day was also very abundant! This is a highly recommended hotel for anyone visiting San Gimignano! Thumbs up! 👍👍👍

This is absolutely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Tuscany. It’s a family‑run property managed by a young couple, and they are incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and attentive. Everything is beautifully organised and taken care of with so much heart. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Everything was spotless — truly immaculate — and even for someone as particular about cleanliness as I am, I had absolutely nothing to complain about. The surroundings are stunning. The property sits right beside your vineyard, and from the window you can see the lush green vines and rolling hills — the perfect Tuscan landscape right in front of you. I also want to praise the host. I stayed for three days, and from the second morning he already remembered exactly what I liked for breakfast. Such a thoughtful touch. Thank you again for the wonderful stay.

The hotel is in Chianti, surrounded by vineyards, and the scenery should be more beautiful in autumn. There are many villages with nice scenery within dozens of kilometers. The breakfast is not bad, the coffee is delicious, there are many desserts, and there are many kinds of cheese. Continental breakfast.

The three-person room is simple and quiet, the environment is beautiful, overlooking the old town of San Gimiano, it is very convenient to go to the vineyard to taste wine. There are also Mitsubishi's cats that are not afraid of people. In the morning, I have to go out early to bring the breakfast dessert brought by the hostess.

This hotel is located almost directly opposite the entrance to San Gimignano. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop. It's a classic yet modern three-star hotel. The interior is stylish in many places. The single rooms are somewhat compact, but clean and offer a decent view. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary 500ml bottles of water. The bathroom facilities are compact but sufficient. Considering the price and being able to stay within San Gimignano, it's a great deal. The staff were also very polite and helpful.

Place is superb. Small unit just nice for 3 pax.

The hotel environment has nothing to say, and then the front desk has been off work when the night arrives. Very intimate envelope with the message of entering the house. Breakfast is also great, self-driving is more convenient, about 45 minutes from Pienza and Florence. The only thing is that it is still more biased.

Good walking distance from the historical San Gimignano sites. The room was always clean and the staffs were very friendly. The iconic towers are visible from the hotel pool side.

Awesome option for agriturismo. We have been provided with room 214, it is perfect for the couple, and is also located closer to the garden, creating calmness and distance from other guests. The room is small but comfortable, easy cleaning was made daily. The room is excellent for air conditioning, uninterrupted hot water, there are all facilities. There are two complexes on the territory of the hotel, each of which has its own pool. The swimming area is very clean, lots of lying, cool water and a beautiful view on Toscana. Guests can swim in any pool and walk around the area. In the morning, a very delicious breakfast (swedish table) is served, and in the evening a beautiful restaurant opens, where you can try Italian local dishes. Staff is great. In Castel San Gimignano there is a small shop you can buy local wine, cheeses, all the necessary products. What was missing was that it was possible to provide guests at least one bottle of water, as to get relatively far and long, and the cost of water in the hotel is extremely overstated.
