"Ants were all over the floor in our room - in the shower, toilet, and swarming near a rug by the bed. We asked for a new room - hotel was full and they called other hotels but everywhere else was full. So they cleaned the room and we slept there. In the morning the ants were back. They said this was the first time this happened. They gave us 50% off the room (I asked for a full refund and they said no). Also when we ran the air conditioner at night, my husband woke up coughing a lot (zero other symptoms). Turned off the air conditioner and he was fine after about an hour. Also they scolded me for filling up a water bottle with filtered water at breakfast (we are cycling). This was a terrible experience, we had much better stays at budget hotels."

"It's located within the ZTL, so it's a bit inconvenient to get to if you have a car. The hotel building is old, but very nice. It has a kitchenette and a nice shower. There are many reasonably priced and good restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops nearby. The reception desk is open until 6 p.m., so I couldn't get a response from the reception when I arrived late at night, making check-in quite difficult."
