Hiroshima City Hotels with Free Parking.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right out of the Shinkansen station. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the lobby is beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby for dinner. I'll definitely choose this hotel brand in other Japanese cities next time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation and a wide variety of dining options nearby. The hotel itself offers an abundant and professional breakfast service that truly stands out. What makes this hotel even more special is the thoughtful inclusion of a local Japanese facial cleansing brand in the amenities. The large public bathhouse is also a great highlight—perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I will definitely stay here again.

Great room. It was clean and cozy. The staff were polite and friendly. Free coffee from a machine is available at the front desk. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next door. The room doesn't have wardrobes or much space for large suitcases, but it's perfectly fine for travelers with smaller luggage. The hotel offers two washing machines and two dryers; however, expect queues in the evenings, so doing laundry in the morning or afternoon is recommended. Overall, I have wonderful memories of my stay.

Pros: 1. Excellent location. 2. Service was very good. 3. The hotel is quite new. 4. All basic facilities are well-equipped. 5. Breakfast was very rich and varied. 6. They were very accommodating to our two adults and two children. We booked the room for adults, and only had to pay a small difference and buy children's breakfast upon check-in, which was really great. Cons: 1. The hotel's parking lot is very small and often full. The other two parking lots are quite far, so we just found another parking spot nearby. 2. Dinner on December 30th (New Year's Eve price) for two adults and two children was 21,000 JPY, but the food was really mediocre. Compared to the excellent breakfast and lunch, it was a bit disappointing. Breakfast and lunch, however, were both very good and highly recommended. 3. I've stayed at three Hilton hotels in Japan (Tokyo Disney, Hiroshima, Nagasaki), and none of them have a consistent policy for children. It's always best to call or email ahead to confirm when staying with kids. However, this hotel's extra charge was minimal, which was very considerate.

During my trip to Japan, one of the most memorable experiences was staying at a capsule hotel in Hiroshima. I'll admit I went in with low expectations — I imagined a tiny box barely big enough to squeeze into. But I was pleasantly surprised: the capsule was actually spacious, with enough room to sit up, stretch out, and relax comfortably. What really stood out, though, was the reception. The staff were incredibly welcoming — friendly, warm, and genuinely happy to help from the moment I checked in. It made the whole experience feel personal, not just efficient. Overall, staying in a capsule hotel completely changed the way I think about this kind of accommodation. It's compact, smartly designed, and surprisingly comfortable — definitely something I'd do again.

Great location, everything's within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and explained everything thoroughly. They gave us a map with detailed directions to Hiroshima Airport, which was way more helpful than Google! You can get a great view of Hiroshima from the hotel's 25th floor, and they offer complimentary coffee and drinks after 10 PM, with different snacks and puddings depending on the time of day. Our room had a window with a city view, and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, though there was a slight odor from the toilet, which was fine once the lid was down. Overall, very satisfied.

I stayed here for three nights. The location is strategic and there are many places to eat nearby. The receptionist was very friendly, spoke English fluently, and explained everything well. Sometimes when I returned, they would ask me how my day was 😆. The female staff member who managed the place was also kind and spoke English fluently. Every night, she would ask me if the temperature was comfortable, if I was cold, etc. She was really nice🥹🥹. There is a special room for women with bunk beds for four people, which uses an automatic lock. There’s a spacious luggage storage area, and free Wi-Fi is available. The bed type is a futon, and you have to set up the sheets yourself. Toothbrushes and towels are provided but are paid extras. Overall, it’s fantastic with an extremely affordable price! Enjoyed my two nights stay here which was about a 7-8 minutes walk from the Hiroshima station. Staff were very hospitable and there was basic room cleaning services daily. Was surprised that the hotel offered free breakfast that was very substantial - Onigiri of different flavours, miso soup, salad, bread and coffee too! There’s also two Landry machines and dryers at level 1 for use. Else there are two laundromats within 5 min walking distance from the hotel for consideration. From Hiroshima station, you can easily access the tram rides to head to the Atomic Bomb Peace memorial site as well as Hiroshima castle. Or you can take a train ride to the Miyajima ferry terminal to have day’s expedition to Miyajima island!

Hotel is very near the Peace Memorial Park and only steps away from Chuden-mae streetcar stop. It is also within walking distance of the highway bus station at Sogo department store. My room faces the streetcar stop and is just of perfect size to me. The bathroom is a tad small but hey, this is Japan after all where space is a premium. I didn’t add on breakfast. The hotel provides tea and coffee at the lobby (from 06:00 to midnight) and also offers complimentary nightwear and free rental of pillow. The furniture is a bit dated but still functional. I have no complaints at all and would highly recommend especially to solo travellers. And the hotel personnel were so kind and helpful and helped guide me on the streetcars to take to Miyajima and they also sold me the day-ticket. I was able to leave my bags at the lobby before and after checking in and out respectively. To be honest, I’d prepared myself for the worst after reading some reviews but I had a great stay. No regrets!

This hotel is really close to Hiroshima Station, just a four or five-minute walk away. They offer breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is pretty simple, usually some salad, rice, and bread. Dinner is typically curry rice. They also have a public bath, but I didn't get a chance to use it. Sometimes, when there are a lot of guests checking in, you might have to wait in line. Overall, it's a great place, mainly because the transportation is super convenient.
