Hiroshima City Hotels with Free Parking.

I visited for a baseball game. It was my first time in Hiroshima, so I chose this hotel based on its vibe. It's within walking distance of the restaurant district known as 'Ekimae West.' It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Mazda Stadium, but it's definitely within walking distance. I also walked to Nagarekawa (or Nagarekawa?), the downtown entertainment area. I think it's a perfect location for sightseeing, no matter where you're going. There seems to be a path connected to the underground passage, but I couldn't figure it out until the end. The staff were very polite and helpful with all my questions, which left a great impression. They even held my luggage after the baseball game, so it was a well-thought-out and convenient location. The room was, of course, clean. There was also a welcome coffee station, and the hotel itself was calm and not rushed. Including the cost-performance, I'd give it a 100/100. Located in Hiroshima's bustling commercial district, this hotel is right next to the bus center and Kamiya-cho Sogo department store, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with pleasant views from the window. Highly recommended!

Great room. It was clean and cozy. The staff were polite and friendly. Free coffee from a machine is available at the front desk. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next door. The room doesn't have wardrobes or much space for large suitcases, but it's perfectly fine for travelers with smaller luggage. The hotel offers two washing machines and two dryers; however, expect queues in the evenings, so doing laundry in the morning or afternoon is recommended. Overall, I have wonderful memories of my stay.

Pros: 1. Excellent location. 2. Service was very good. 3. The hotel is quite new. 4. All basic facilities are well-equipped. 5. Breakfast was very rich and varied. 6. They were very accommodating to our two adults and two children. We booked the room for adults, and only had to pay a small difference and buy children's breakfast upon check-in, which was really great. Cons: 1. The hotel's parking lot is very small and often full. The other two parking lots are quite far, so we just found another parking spot nearby. 2. Dinner on December 30th (New Year's Eve price) for two adults and two children was 21,000 JPY, but the food was really mediocre. Compared to the excellent breakfast and lunch, it was a bit disappointing. Breakfast and lunch, however, were both very good and highly recommended. 3. I've stayed at three Hilton hotels in Japan (Tokyo Disney, Hiroshima, Nagasaki), and none of them have a consistent policy for children. It's always best to call or email ahead to confirm when staying with kids. However, this hotel's extra charge was minimal, which was very considerate.

Modern and clean hotel, located close to the electric train (trams) Reception is located on the top floor (14) lots of nice accessories available plus lovely snacks and coffee/tea through out the day, highly appreciated. Room was lovely, clean, has small window, but not an issue. Breakfast was standard, and staff were polite. Shops and restaurants on road, easy to walk to memorial park, about 15 minutes, 3 stops from main train station, easy to navigate to Miyajimaguchi island. Wonderful two days.

The Moderate cabin size capsule was a lot better with the locker gate right under the bed with lock and key. No more climbing up and down capsules, while noises from other guests were less with more space. It's also located on 7F, so elevator wait times start becoming an issue. Overall I like the Moderate cabin size better. Staff continues to be accommodating with luggage storage Location was also accessible enough to make 1st ferry to Miyajima Island first thing in the morning and still be back at a reasonable time in the evening

Good location and great in price. Convenient to take train and ferry to Miyajima Island. Also walking distance to good food at Hiroshima Station.

I really love this hotel! The breakfast spread is fantastic and includes local Hiroshima specialties. They also have a complimentary drink machine available from 2 PM to 11 PM. The room condition was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it! There's a large store nearby called Fuji Grand with a supermarket that's open until 11 PM, which is perfect for grabbing drinks and fruit after a day of sightseeing. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that it's a bit of a walk to the tram stop, and you need to take a bus to Hiroshima Station. However, if you're flexible with your time, you can actually walk to the downtown shopping street in just 10-15 minutes. I truly enjoyed my three-day stay here.

On my check in I was extremely in shock from the place and I did complain about it. But than after a night, I discovered what a fantastic location is the place as well as a change in the staff attitude. Location is amazing, very clean place and very helpful and kind hearted staff

The Washington hotel in Hiroshima is positionally one of the best hotels that I had the pleasure of staying at as it is located directly beside a PARCO and a Don Quijote. In addition to that, directly opposite of the hotel is a Familymart convenience store and there is also a Sukiya positioned behind the hotel. The hotel is also located roughly 15-20 minutes away from Hiroshima station ( by streetcar) and roughly 10 minutes away is a round one stadium. The hotel’s staff were helpful and accomodating and when my friend and I encountered an error with the check in counter, one of the staff dropped what they were doing just to manually check us in. We would recommend this hotel for those who wish to have great convenience at their fingertips along with a very comfortable stay in Hiroshima
