Amazing
GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are very new. You can check in by yourself, but it would be better with guidance from the front desk staff.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: It's located at the North Exit of Hiroshima JR Station, a 5-minute walk after crossing the pedestrian bridge. There's a Lawson and 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is very convenient.
Service: Classic Japanese service, very attentive, and they even helped me sign for a package, which was a huge help.
GGuest UserEverything was excellent! The hotel is new, and the room amenities are great. They provide an iron and ironing board upon request, as well as adapters for Japanese outlets, though these aren't strictly necessary since there are USB and Type-C ports by the bed. A hairdryer and many other essentials are available in the room, and if you need anything else, it's freely accessible at the reception. The rooms are small, but you can comfortably fit everything in.
A huge plus is the in-room washing machine with a drying function and a microwave.
For guests, there's a lounge area open until 10 PM with complimentary soft drinks and snacks.
Transportation access is excellent. There's a tram stop nearby, from which you can reach all the main city attractions and even the ferry to Miyajima.
On the downside: the breakfast variety is a bit limited, only pastries, salads, and drinks.
Overall, I had a wonderful impression of the hotel.
GGuest UserThis property far exceeded my expections.
I give much credit to the exceptional service provided by the Front desk team and housekeeping. They have been well trained and follow-up, as and when required. It is one of those few properties which I have experienced, as a global traveller, where it was difficult to leave.
As foreign guests are also using the hotel, I would recommend basic English classes be provided to help in the delivery of the service. Thank you.
GGuest UserLocated in Hiroshima's bustling commercial district, this hotel is right next to the bus center and Kamiya-cho Sogo department store, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with pleasant views from the window. Highly recommended!
CChua.JustinI booked a standard capsule cabin for two nights. The room was clean and tidy. However, some guests didn’t seem to follow the rules and made noise after 11 p.m. by zipping and rearranging their luggage, and by opening and closing the door frequently. The hotel itself is excellent, but guests who are unable to be considerate of others are really not suited to staying in a capsule hotel.
GGuest UserThere was a feeling of cleanliness, the room was beautiful, and the amenities were abundant, so I was able to spend a relaxing time.
I would like to introduce it to my friends.
GGuest UserEverything about this hotel is excellent. The room is slightly dated but very well kept, nice view overlooking the city. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Their pyjamas are some of the best I’ve ever worn. They have a guest-exclusive lounge on top floor which offers refreshments throughout the day (with a really nice view).
GGuest UserAn above-average room with three tiny, loophole-like windows, the blackout blinds of which couldn't be opened during the day due to broken blinds. A large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and rain shower. A well-equipped kitchenette, but no table or chair, just a sofa and a side table—barely suitable furniture for properly consuming home-cooked meals. Strict adherence to check-in times. We had to present our passports several times and then enter all our personal information, from our date of birth to our address, into a computer terminal. This data was all known from the reservation or could have been read from the passports. In other hotels, such data was pre-entered, and after verification, we only had to sign. That would be a standard that corresponds to today's digital world. The selection of amenities was extremely modest. Only instant coffee was available, no drip coffee bags. For breakfast, we were referred to three station cafés, some of which didn't open until 9:00 a.m. We cannot understand the extremely positive reviews from other guests.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Hiroshima's busiest pedestrian street, making shopping and dining very convenient. Although the breakfast restaurant isn't particularly spacious, the variety of dishes is excellent and they taste delicious. This hotel offers great value for money.
GGuest UserAlthough it was close to Hiroshima Station and the downtown area, the room was quiet and calm. It looked a little old, but it was clean and there were no problems. It was also nice to be able to relax and enjoy the river view from the window. I would definitely stay here again.
