It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Narita Station.
It may be difficult to get around for people with lots of luggage using Narita Airport, or families with small children.
It's a great location right in front of Naritasan Mountain.
The inn's shop was under renovation, and the convenience store near the station that we were directed to was open until around 8pm, so we ended up not being able to buy what we needed, which was quite frustrating.
We were told that the hot springs were open 24 hours a day, but that there was a charge after check-out. I wish they had explained this clearly beforehand.
It has the feel of a good old-fashioned Japanese inn, and I would like to bring international friends who love Japanese culture here in the future.

We had an early flight, so we opted to stay one night in Narita. After comparing hotel prices and travel time, it was more cost-effective to stay overnight. On the day, we checked out from our city accommodation and went directly to the hotel to drop off our luggage. Then, we explored Omotesando for food and shopping, followed by a trip to Aeon and Don Quijote. After all that, we came back for a good night's sleep. The new building started serving a light breakfast at 5:30 AM, which was perfect. We took the 6:30 AM hotel shuttle to the airport, and had plenty of time.
Be aware that there's a period in the middle of the day with no shuttle service (check the timetable picture). During this time, travel between the airport and the hotel can take a long time, so plan accordingly.
We booked a twin room, and it was comfortable. The aisle was a bit narrow, but we were able to fully open two large suitcases, which was great for packing.

GuihuatianjiuniangGreat value for money, the room was a good size. They provide DHC toiletries, and the view from the window is unobstructed, which is a nice bonus. The double-pane windows offer excellent soundproofing; I didn't hear any planes flying overhead, probably because it's not on the take-off or landing flight path. There's a free shuttle bus to both the airport and the shopping mall. We had a flight the next day at noon, so we explored the mall that evening and then took the 9:30 AM shuttle to the airport. It was much more relaxed than staying downtown and having to rush to the airport.

qdfengluThe hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel itself is a bit old, but everything is still quite good. It's a great choice for a one-night stay if you need to catch an early morning flight.

Guest UserThe location is good and there's a shuttle bus, but overall the hotel feels a bit dated. I saw on Ctrip that it was supposedly renovated in 2025, but that's not actually the case. Not all rooms have been renovated, and the cleanliness is just average. The lobby isn't big, but it's cozy. There's also a side lounge (Pic 4) where you can wait for the shuttle after checking out, and a 7-Eleven nearby which is convenient. Pic 3 shows the shuttle bus schedule, which is really handy.

Nice hotel, nice and close to Kiesei Narita train station Staff were very friendly although the room wasn’t huge was very comfortable. Any complaint I would have was that the TV had nothing other than Japanese channels no movie channels no English speaking channels.

The counter staff were very helpful and friendly, which made the check-in experience pleasant. However, it was disappointing to find that the onsen was only available for men upon arrival and check-in. Considering that both men and women pay the same price, this feels quite unfair and could be improved.

Guest UserI was traveling solo and chose this hotel because it offered airport shuttle service, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. As a Chinese traveler, I found the room facilities to be very comprehensive, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The shuttle buses to the airport, JR station, and Aeon Mall were all excellent. The drivers were very friendly; if you asked them anything while they were parked, they would answer patiently. If you're only staying one night, you could go to the JR station on the first day, as there are many fun and delicious places there. On the second morning, you could go to Aeon Mall, then return to pick up your luggage and head to your new hotel. You'd arrive around 3 PM, just in time to check in, haha. This bus seems to be a loop, which is very convenient. If I come to Japan again, I would definitely choose this place.

I like the place. A house with a single car park. You need a car to drive there. Close to Narita airport. Suitable for family stay. You can go to nearest convenience shops, Aeon mall, Donki, temple attraction. Driving to central Tokyo takes 2 hours drive. You can rent this unit and drive to any park of Tokyo city.
