妮妮可乐Booked at high price but they dropped price when closer to check in date, hotel unable to give the new price and charged me for higher rate, pretty unfair that I paid more than others.
Suitable for who driving , not close to JR train.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is very close to the JR station, but unfortunately, JR trains to Tomakomai are very infrequent, running only about once an hour in the evening. You really have to plan your time carefully, otherwise, like me, I waited a full 48 minutes at Minami-Chitose before a train returned to Tomakomai. The hotel staff were very helpful; although they only spoke Japanese, they understood what I needed and were happy to assist me.

It's a big road, so the noise of the car is loud at night.
