SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

GGuest UserWe had an excellent experience during our stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities we needed.
The location was convenient, it has a convenience store inside the hotel. We had a great time watching the fireworks from Disneyland and the Skytree is visible from our room.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay especially for families.

AAnonymous UserRelatively good, very good location for visiting disney parks. Overall good large room, only thing is it is a bit of an old hotel and the rooms do show age. Also, I tried both the restuarant and the breakfast buffet both, a bit too expensive for what is provided so wouldn't recommend. Nice view out of rooms too.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay very much here. The room is spacious and there is a Lawson right inside the hotel. There is not much within the surrounding but the hotel is accessible by bus no. 3 / 23 at Shin-Urayasu Station. The hotel offers coach bus to and from The Disneyland & DisneySea, which is convenient. The bus ride is around 25 minutes. The staff are all very friendly and professional. We would consider staying here next time!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel because of the Disneyland shuttle. The shuttle pick-up point at Disneyland is the west parking lot. I only used it to go from Disneyland to the hotel, so I got lost trying to find the location for quite a while. The hotel is far from Disneyland. The room was very spacious and clean, and the toilet and bathroom were separate. I even had chicken, fries, and beer at the cafeteria. However, when I asked them to call a taxi to Shin-Urayasu Station in the morning, they dropped me off at DisneySea... T_T I guess it's my fault for not knowing Japanese. I'm not sure if I'll go again, but I think it would be okay to use it again, but only for multiple nights.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and impeccably clean. The welcome wreath at the entrance added a lovely, ceremonial touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Stepping into the room and seeing the beautiful, distant view of Tokyo Bay instantly lifted my spirits. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available during morning and evening peak hours to Disneyland, DisneySea, and Shin-Urayasu Station. While Shin-Urayasu Station is about a 1.3 km walk from the hotel, it's also just a two-stop bus ride away.

AAnonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning to visit Disneyland and DisneySea. It’s very convenient and accessible, with nearby train stations and even a bus service that takes you directly to the station, making travel hassle-free.
The breakfast served in the morning was also really good—simple, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hallways were spotless, which really added to the overall comfort of the stay.
The ambiance of the hotel is truly magical. It feels like stepping into a fairytale castle, reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella—very charming and whimsical. To top it off, there’s a beautiful sea view that adds a relaxing and refreshing touch to the experience.
Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for Disney trips.

JJohn47This was my second stay. While my previous stay and breakfast were excellent, this time I was in a somewhat dated room with an awkward twin bed setup, which felt a bit inconvenient. The desk was a fold-out type, and I didn't use it because unfolding it would have made the room feel even more cramped. Despite this, the breakfast was consistently delicious, and given the excellent value for money, I would still consider staying here again.

GGuest UserGreat location for people like us that are going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Although there is free transport to the park, it starts late. And if you want to get to the park before it opens, use the local bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk away.

MMoodymeowGreat place if you are going to Disneyland. Service was great and room was very clean. We checked out and stored our luggage with the hotel before going to Disneyland and returned to a room with luggage already in our new room! They even joined the beds together like how we had the previous room without me asking (nice touch💕) Location would be fine if I didn’t have to travel with young kids who don’t really like walking as we really like the relax ambience.
