SShenyouThis room offers incredible value for money. It's right across from the subway exit, just a short walk over the pedestrian bridge. Despite being so close to the subway, it's surprisingly quiet. They also have a very convenient shuttle service. The value is truly unbeatable! Plus, there are two shopping malls nearby, so you have plenty of options for dining, drinks, and shopping. However, the ramen at the restaurant pictured here was exceptionally salty.

GGuest UserSplendid facilities offered in the hotel. Soup rice provided for free for supper, masks and kids toys complimentary for guest. Foot massager in the room to use after a day in disneyland and disneysea.
However, the shuttle bus pick up at Maihama station could be improved as there was a super long queue for all different hotels. Everyone didn't know where to queue for their specific hotel. Hence, when Hiyori shuttle bus came, everyone rushes up. It's chaotic, hence it'll be good if the hotel could put up specific queue line for respective specific hotels.

FFutubaoWe chose this hotel for our Tokyo Disneyland trip. Its location is fantastic: just a two-minute walk from the train station (exit, turn right) and even within walking distance to Disney itself! The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious. What really stood out was the thoughtful provision of complimentary daily toiletries and tote bags in the lobby. This attention to detail made it the best hotel experience I've had in Tokyo. For anyone visiting Disney, I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

MM553641****The room was clean and tidy, with new and spacious facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, and both my child and I were very satisfied. The hotel's environment is excellent; there's a park just across the road, and it's close to Tokyo Bay with nice views. The hotel offers a free daily shuttle service to and from Disney, making it convenient to visit both Disney parks. There's also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which is handy for shopping. Additionally, getting to Narita Airport is very convenient. You can take a direct shuttle bus from the adjacent Hyatt Regency hotel, which is super convenient. Next time I visit Tokyo Disney, the Comfort Hotel Tokyo Bay will definitely be my first choice.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and impeccably clean. The welcome wreath at the entrance added a lovely, ceremonial touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Stepping into the room and seeing the beautiful, distant view of Tokyo Bay instantly lifted my spirits. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available during morning and evening peak hours to Disneyland, DisneySea, and Shin-Urayasu Station. While Shin-Urayasu Station is about a 1.3 km walk from the hotel, it's also just a two-stop bus ride away.

1110075****Pros: Directly opposite the Disney Bayside Line, it's just a few minutes' walk, or you can wait for the hotel shuttle. The rooms are spacious, and the toiletries are abundant. Breakfast is worth trying, with a good selection of fruits and dishes with a distinct Japanese flavor.
Cons: No self-service laundry facilities! It's a bit inconvenient not to be able to wash clothes after a long day at Disney.
Additional notes:
1. Right next to the special line station platform is an entrance to DisneySea, but it's exclusively for guests of the Toy Story Hotel and Fantasy Springs Hotel.
2. When entering DisneySea, the Frozen area is quite a distance from the main entrance. If you've purchased Disney Premier Access, make sure to plan your time accordingly.
3. For dining, I recommend the shopping mall at Maihama Station. There's a tonkatsu restaurant called 'Wakou' there that offers great value for money. There's also a supermarket downstairs where you can buy bento boxes and daily necessities.

GGuest UserSuper convenient location to Disney Sea! Took about 10 minutes to walk there. Could also see the volcano from the undercover outdoor entrance to the rooms. Disneyland is a little further (approx 25min walk) so we opted to take the free hotel shuttle in the morning as we weren't worried about getting there at a certain time and then walked back after. Rooms were on the older side and the bathroom was the smallest of all our hotels in Japan but we were really only there to sleep for a couple of nights. The foot massager was so good after all the walking/standing you do at the parks! This hotel also provided sachets of moisturisers, toners etc which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again if heading back to Disney.

GGuest UserThis hotel was great for my needs. I needed a simple room to stay at, as I had a very early morning bus the next morning.
Check in was very smooth. Receptionist spoke fluent English, and explained everything very clearly. I didn't have a chance to eat the complimentary breakfast, but it smelled great!

EErick858If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel.
The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided.
While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk.
The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.
