Need a car to reach the place, but it's easy to find via GPS. The hosts have been very friendly and guided us well. The kids had fun walking the goats, feeding the chickens, and helping with the cooking. It's a good place to destress and feel nature once again.

It's a bit far from JR Ureshino Onsen Station, so I'd recommend taking the bus. You can choose your own yukata on the first floor, and the hotel's public bath is on the 10th floor, which was pretty good. Overall, the value for money is decent. Ureshino Onsen's specialty is tofu, and it's quite delicious.

There are few people in the hotel's hot springs and they are very clean. Basically every time I go, the restaurant is reserved;) Dinner is a major feature of the hotel and worth experiencing. Although the ingredients don't look amazing, they are actually carefully prepared and high-quality ingredients. The cooking method is not very flashy, which is probably the characteristic of Ureshino. I ate every meal until I couldn't finish it. The Saga beef melts in your mouth, the tiny pufferfish is extremely delicious, the crabs are sweet and plump...^_^The soup tofu for breakfast is soft, glutinous and smooth in the mouth, without any beany smell, and the rich bean aroma is unforgettable. The appearance picture of the hotel on Ctrip’s official website is different from the actual one! This is actually the first photo I took of this! Much better than what is shown on the official website! Best hotel for traveling with parents!

First of all, it is 1.6 km from JR Ureshino Onsen Station. If you are traveling by train, please be careful. It takes about 20 minutes on foot. Other than that, there are only good things. Other people have written that it is dirty, but that is not true, it is normally clean. It is only for accommodation, but it has a 6-tatami Japanese-style room plus 2 tatami mats of veranda, so it is spacious. It is also very nice that children are not allowed. Since it is an old wooden building, noise echoes. It is a shared toilet, shared washroom, and shared bath. This is also clean. The woman at the reception is also very kind. Also, they give you 2 liters of mineral water. You may not need to buy soft drinks. There are various izakayas around the inn. There is also a foot bath. The inn's large bath has one free-flowing hot spring source hot spring, and four washing areas are set up around it. The water temperature is about 40℃, so it is a little warm. Tattoos are prohibited. If you have tattoos, a private bath is available for a fee. Considering the price it was a very good place to stay.

For this price, including two meals, I think this hotel offers excellent value for money. The room size is decent, and being able to enjoy the hot springs is a real bonus. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. Plus, the hotel even offers free parking in advance. The room itself was pretty standard for a Japanese-style hotel, so I didn't bother taking any photos. Dinner was a buffet with a huge variety of dishes. The photos only show a small selection of what I chose; the actual spread was much more extensive.

We were able to enjoy Ureshino Onsen in the spacious and beautiful lobby, open-air bath, and large communal bath with sauna! The room seemed to be a renovated apartment, with separate bathroom and toilet, and we were able to use the spacious living room as well!

This hotel has a history of 130 years. There is an indoor and outdoor pool for girls, and one for boys outdoors. There is no private soup in the old hotel. The boss opened a new restaurant opposite the hotel. It was opened on the day we arrived. You can make reservations for the private soup in the new restaurant. Fortunately, the enthusiastic boss took us around. It turned out that the private soup in the new hall is just a big wooden barrel! The ground floor of the new building is used as a guest house, and the second floor is the home of the boss’s daughter. I personally feel that it is more traditional stone masonry. The skin of the hot spring blisters is very slippery. After returning to Shanghai, my friends said that my skin is in good condition, haha When we left, the owner and his wife went out to see them off in person, a very humane shop! I made a reservation after reviewing the guest’s comments that his meal is very good. Sure enough, the dinner and breakfast were very good, with Saga Wagyu beef for dinner and tofu soup for breakfast! Very full and full~~
