I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The room was very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is also great and convenient to many places. Overall, excellent service and a relaxing stay. Excellent service from staffs! So kind and helpful. We checked in early and all prepared for our family. Beautifully designed hotel. Clean room and toilets with lovely fragrance. Location is perfect to everything u need. Bed is comfortable but pillows were small. Thank you so much. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Tijuana.

Very good 👌👌The facilities are complete, the hygiene is very good, the environment is beautiful, and the service is very good. It is mainly close to the sea, and it is very convenient to check in at the US-Mexico border wall a few hundred meters away.

Well, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.

The service from the front desk is not the best. I asked if they have coffee, and it was just a NO. At least they can do best with customer service .

The place is old in all senses, the bed had a big stain and even that I asked two days to change the bed sheets, they did not change it. The sink and shower had issues with the drain (they fixed it after my complains). The breakfast is great and unique, highly recommendable the food and high-quality service from chefs and waiters. Very recommendable!

El servicio al aeropuerto lo cobran a 250 pesos. Un uber a 35 o 40 pesos Un poco ruidoso. Para descansar un rato y tomar un baño esta bien

Great location, fantastic staff, and very nice and clean rooms. Walking from this location was so much fun, with so much to see and enjoy. (Walk North then west at Home Depot….4-6 blocks after you cross the bridge over the river along Home Depot and Tacate factory you will see many vendors selling wonderful food and a vast variety of items).

The location is very convenient, about 3 kilometers from the US border, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. It is within 1 km from the bar street and 400 to 500 meters from Revolution Avenue, which can be walked. The room is really big and the hygiene is OK. When I first entered the room, I felt that the smell was a bit strong but it was acceptable. After a while, I may get used to it. Please note that the hotel does not have luggage storage service. When I was about to check out, I asked the front desk and found out that I could not store my luggage. They said there was no place. I asked if there was any other place to store my luggage, but they didn’t know. Later, I had to pay 20 US dollars to delay the check-out until 3 pm.
