Very convenient and close to airport. The hotel and room were very new and clean, and has a really nice scent in the lobby. The bed linen and bed was really comfortable. The housekeeping team was so lovely to decorate the room for my husband's birthday celebration and kindly offered a complimentary cake. The infinity pool and poolside bar was lovely. Only call out is that the breakfast although its spread variety was really good, the food taste can be further improved. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!!

Really enjoyed my stay at Eastin Hotel Penang. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel location is excellent, with Queensbay Mall right next door and easy access to the airport. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast selection was great. Overall, a convenient and enjoyable experience in Penang.

Wonderful stay. The apartment was very well equipped. Lots of cleaning supplies & washing detergent. Washing machine was so useful. Room was clean and modern. Building has a good sized infinity pool with a stunning view of Queensbay. A shallow pool for kids, playground, gym, kids play room, games room & chill out area. Only thing would be to add a convenience store on the ground floor but there is one across the road & vending machines on 13th floor. Security are always onsite and so friendly so makes you feel very safe.
