Let me start with the location. -a little bit far from the center, had to drive around 5-10 mins to reach nearest 7e. forget about the other attractions, it needs more than 30 mins from the hotel. Staff. -i dont know but i feel like not helpful enough. they could’ve done better for the so called “5 stars” hotel wannabe. Cleanliness. -well it was clean BUT! right when we entered the room we saw the notice of the charlie ants. we were so scared to touch the floor with bare foot as i lost count on how much we had seen and managed to kill the insects on our own! Buffet. -was ok, not the best. many verities to choose from. well at least they tried. Facilities. -they won this time. my only complaint was the insects on the floor and walls of the toilet.

This is a very new service apartment, spacious for my family of 4. The management of this homestay is very helpful to resolve some check in issues at security. As we booked this very last min, we were not able to get carpark in the building itself but management team gave good alternatives which is not too far off. Had a very pleasant stay and highly recommended!

Towel, body and hair shampoo is provided. Water pressure is high. Sadly, no extra toilet paper is provided. No water dispenser, may need to buy from outside. *tv might have some technical problems 😶

The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities. The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus.

Good place to stay worth for money and suitable for small family (2 bedroom appt)

This accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.

I stayed here recently and had a fantastic experience. The owner is incredibly kind and provided excellent recommendations that made my trip much better. The room itself was very spacious and spotlessly clean. I also loved the location,it’s conveniently close to a shopping mall and the airport, making transit a breeze.
