The hotel is nice and has convient store like 7e and mcd which easier for people who hungry in the middle night.The room has spectacular view facing bayan lepas city.The room is clean and comfort to stay.

The accommodation environment is excellent, and you can add on the hotel breakfast, which is also fantastic. There are also snacks available in the hotel lobby where you can sit and enjoy them. The breakfast is very generous with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. It's a highly recommended stay for business trips, offering great value for money.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant, and the owner was very responsive. The view from the balcony was excellent. However, there are several issues I would like to highlight regarding my stay. Pros: There are several kopitiams nearby, and the food was quite delicious, such as Sri Nibong Cafe, Wo Lai Yeh Cafe, and Dhoby Ghaut Cafe. Cons: On the first night, I found a small cockroach hiding near the bed headboard. On the second day and again on the day of check-out, I encountered a rove beetle, which is considered a harmful insect as its toxin can cause skin irritation upon contact with human skin. I also noticed that the dustbin inside the toilet had not been fully cleared, as there was still rubbish left behind by the previous guest. Please ensure that hygiene standards and pest control measures are properly maintained for future guests. In addition, the water dispenser did not provide cold water and only had hot and warm water available, which was quite inconvenient.

Rating: 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a pleasant stay at AC Hotel Penang. The hotel has been nicely refurbished and feels modern and comfortable. The room was great, and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful view overlooking Bukit Jambul. The location is another strong point, with plenty of popular restaurants nearby and easy access to food and other amenities. The swimming pool was also acceptable and a nice addition to the stay. The main downside is the basement parking. There is no lift directly from the basement parking area, so you need to use the stairs, which can be quite troublesome when carrying luggage. The parking system also still relies on a physical card that needs to be validated each time before exiting, rather than a more convenient ANPR system. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a good location, refurbished rooms and a nice view. Improving the basement access and modernising the parking system would make the experience even better.

I was very satisfied with my overall experience at this hotel! First and foremost, the most convenient aspect was the airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities. The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus.

As we entered the unit at 9.00 pm due to last minute bookings, the unit was clean and tidy. Even though the hall's air conditioning is sweezing but well functioning. Overall, we are happy for the stay and very highly recommended for family or friends with 3-6 person as they provide 2 single beds, 1 double decker and 1 queen bed. Ample space at hall attached with the dining table. Further more, the unit located at the very next elevators, less worrying when we get in and out at night especially. Easy to get various foods and basic stuff and there are clinics and self-laundry down stairs. We will surely looking forward for the next visit.

No pictures to share. The location is very good and easy to find. The lounge area is spacious but only has two chairs. The carpet isn't clean enough to sit on. The bathroom is okay, but the toilet isn't clean, and no slippers were provided for the toilet. The pump was broken. The bedsheets and towels smelled sour, as if they hadn't been dried properly. In my opinion, the cube sleeping area is only suitable for small people. Check-in and check-out were easy. Information from the owner was very fast and accurate.
