Overall a good stay, be aware that they take a RM150 deposit from you through WhatsApp, which I feel unofficial/unsafe and I’m not sure if this is how it works with Trip.com. The check in wasn’t smooth for me as the address given on the booking is different than what the host texted me and the host actually only provide the details 1 hour before check in (hope can be earlier so people can arrange their schedule ahead).

A beautiful homestay. Clean and suitable for families. All facilities are great. Close to various amenities, shops, and public transportation. We'll definitely repeat our stay, God willing.

Space is clean and access to the unit is easy Access to the location is a congested area near UKM Komuter. Deposit RM150 were asked by the host prior entering the unit. Guests are advised to check thoroughly all remote control and amenities conditions and report to the host. Or not you will end up in dispute to explain something you are not aware of due to the previous guest or other people's act. Luckily I managed to explain the condition on one of the fan/light remote controls which was found cracked upon my checkout.

The hotel's location is excellent, but the facilities, room comfort, and cleanliness were quite disappointing. 1. The air conditioning in my room wasn't very cold and was extremely noisy. The room was large, but the AC was only 1 horsepower, so it took a very long time to cool down and never got truly cold, even when set to the minimum temperature. 2. The bathroom had a very unpleasant, foul odor, even when nobody had used it. 3. Amenities like toothbrushes, slippers, and prayer mats were not provided. I had to call to request them before they were given. 4. The hotel looks grand and beautiful, but they provide cheap drinking water (with a white cap) instead of mineral water. 😆 Please, Le'Venue Hotel, 600ml mineral water isn't expensive.

My booking was just for a one-night layover, making it easy for me to get ready to be a staff member for my boss's event. Overall, everything was good and convenient. Parking, bed, and toilet were satisfactory 👍🏻

The room and location was OKAY..But,need to pay extra additional charge RM40!! that's not good at all..Be careful book this hotel...

Everything was complete, spacious, and comfortable.

It is one of the few hotels where smoking is allowed in the room. The staff is very friendly, the meals are convenient, and it is close to the school.

Room 3 very big, clean, pillow n bedsheet clean. No tv. Double bed with 2 towel n soap.water heater, big space washroom. No wardrobe. Floor very clean. Wall abit thin can hear next room. Long time register but im ok. Upstair building need to climb stair to counter register. I book using trip.com.
