Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our experience. The hotel’s direct beach access was a huge plus, especially for the kids, who had a great time. My main feedback is regarding the breakfast restaurant. I think both the service and dining environment could be improved. The air conditioning wasn’t sufficient to keep the entire dining area comfortable, especially during busy hours. The breakfast seating arrangement could also be managed better. Since the downstairs dining area was full, we were assigned a table upstairs. However, the food selection upstairs was very limited, so we had to go back and forth downstairs several times to get the food we wanted. It seemed that the restaurant lacked sufficient space to comfortably accommodate the number of guests during breakfast, which affected the overall dining experience. Other than that, we had a good stay and appreciated the hotel’s excellent beachfront location.

Most have a little terrace with a table. It's all very simple, but clean and pleasant. - 🛏️ **Amenities:** The bedding was clean, there was always hot water, and the air conditioners were powerful. The towels, however, are quite worn out and could use replacing. - 🏊 **Pool:** There is a pool, but it looked a bit gloomy, so we didn't use it. - 👥 **Staff:** The owners are polite and friendly. No deposit is required. There's a front desk, but it's not open 24/7, which is something to keep in mind if you're checking in late. 📌 **Bottom Line:** A simple yet tidy hotel with an excellent location. Very mixed experience. Good location. Overall hotel condition is good. Check-in and check out was fast and efficient, and the staff—including the manager—handled issues professionally. After a serious bathroom flooding problem with a strong sewage smell, we were moved to a clean room, given a late checkout, and a kind apology. The restaurant was very disappointing. The shrimp and melon cocktail arrived without melon, with undercooked shrimp and an overwhelming amount of mayonnaise instead of the advertised dressing. After complain they gave us a plate of fresh melon and watermelon but still in a huge amout of mayonnaise.The pizza was also badly overcooked. They also offer to replace it but we were already fed up of waiting time and overall, the food felt careless and not up to standard. As mentioned in many review bedsheets were grayish, stained, and we found hairs on them, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast was simple but okay. Overall: Very good staff response, but major improvements needed in food quality and linen condition.

small but clean hotel, got i guess around 1 meter pool, meaning small kids need adult supervision. beach with boat operators, food, duty free shop, pink van and car/motorcycle rental all in walking distance. The morning sun is behind the hotel so swimming at the beach can pick a location where there's shade from the tree, i suggest buying a snorkel mask so that if you're lucky you can watch small fish swimming. i will surely book again if i get the chance for next time.

a quick one night stay with affordable price. one way to teluk nipah. not so distance but need transportation to get from jetty to the hotel. comfy bed, clean shower. coffee, tea & hot water at the lobby, but accessable up to 10:30 p.m. only. there's duty free shops, convenience store nearby - just a walk away.

The staff were also very friendly and helpful; the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The hotel's location is strategic, making it easy to get to restaurants and attractions. We had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. We booked a 2-night stay, and upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us a room on Level 1. However, we soon discovered that the door lock was faulty and could not be secured. We requested a room change, which the receptionist approved, and we were moved to a room on Level 2. The first night was fine, but on the second night, the air conditioning stopped working, leaving us in an uncomfortably hot room. When I informed the receptionist, she stated that all rooms were fully booked, despite a higher-priced room still being available. At 4 a.m., I could no longer endure the heat and insisted on a solution. Eventually, at 6 a.m., we were moved to the higher-priced room on Level 1.

Enjoy and happy for our trip. Easy location. Good service and facilities. Near the center city. Clean and comfortable rooms with complete facilities. Worth and satisfied with the value of money paid for the accommodation.

Good location for night before going to Pangkor Island, the hotel could put water heater coffee and teabags in the room. I don't think they will lose anything.
