Traveling with a child and catching a flight home, I was worried about traffic jams on the way to the airport, so I booked a hotel right next to the airport a day in advance. The hotel is quite upscale, clean, and well-soundproofed, so no noise bothered us. None of the hotel staff spoke Chinese, but when my child went to communicate, they listened patiently and explained everything carefully, which I really appreciate. The restaurant on the first floor offers a dinner buffet, which I think was 168 Malaysian Ringgit per person, with no discount for older children. Breakfast is also on the first floor, with a good variety of dishes. The coffee pot brewing directly over a flame was interesting, and you could also toast bread yourself and add peanut butter and butter. There's an electric shuttle from the hotel to the airport, which gets you there in two minutes – very convenient.

Had a great stay at Tamarind Suites! The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and the self check-in was quick and easy with clear instructions. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is an excellent choice if you are looking for comfortable accommodation while waiting for a transit flight. It is conveniently located just 12–15 minutes from the airport and provides a scheduled shuttle service to and from the airport. The vehicles were in excellent condition, making the transfer experience smooth and convenient. The hotel itself has a traditional style, so guests should not expect a modern or contemporary room. However, the rooms are well-equipped and provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its location right next to the Grand Mosque is also a major advantage, particularly for Muslim travelers. The real highlight of our stay, however, was the food. We booked the half-board option, including breakfast and dinner, and were genuinely impressed by the exceptional variety, quality, and taste of the food. It was absolutely worth paying the additional charge for the meal plan. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would like to commend the hotel staff for their warm hospitality and excellent service, especially Mr. Nezam, Mr. Shaun, and Mr. Raja. Their professionalism and attentiveness made our experience even more pleasant.

Pros: The location is good. It is within walking distance to various cafes, shops, and popular local spots like the nearby D’Pulze shopping centre and the scenic Cyberjaya Lake Gardens. The unit itself comes fully equipped with all the essentials, and everything was in good condition. Additionally, the panoramic view from the window is great - waking up to that scenery was a highlight of my stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with Cons: First, the air conditioning system is extremely frustrating. it only turns on after pressing a specific touch button, but it shuts off at random time intervals. I found myself waking up in the heat every single night just to press the button again. It is unclear if this is a bug or an intended ”feature,” but it is incredibly annoying Furthermore, there was a severe cockroach infestation upon arrival. They were everywhere in the studio. I had to purchase and set up my own roach traps to make the space habitable, which helped, but this is an issue that should have been addressed by the host before check-in Also it would be very helpful if the host provided a few international power adapters. Since this property caters to foreigners, it is easy to overlook Malaysia’s specific outlet type, and arriving late at night without the ability to charge my devices was a major inconvenience Lastly, the half-wall separating the bedroom from the kitchen area is very unstable and poorly constructed. It wobbles at the slightest touch, and I constantly felt that if I were to accidentally lean against it, it might collapse and leave me liable for significant damages

Had a wonderful staycation at Cyberview Resort & Spa in Cyberjaya! 🌿✨ The resort offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you forget you’re just minutes away from the city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a short getaway. The swimming pool was well-maintained and great for both adults and kids. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the overall ambience was calm and refreshing. If you’re looking for a relaxing staycation without travelling too far, I highly recommend Cyberview Resort & Spa. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and spend quality time with your loved ones. Looking forward to coming back again! 💚

Front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with TV, hairdryer, hanger and toiletries. The surroundings were greeny and quiet. Next to it was Padi Malaya. Parking lot was free and safe. Accessible to Shaftesbury, Multimedia University, Dpulze Shopping Mall, McDonald’s and Starbucks. Highly recommended to travellers in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.

I feel very happy and comfortable to have your room as my staycation. All available facilities can be used optimally. You as a host are very easy to communicate with. I really appreciate and will make your room one of the stays I will remember and will likely repeat again. Thank you!

I keep sending 5 stars because one person at the front desk is nice and competent. I was so disgusted though when I picked up my passport from the shelf today to find that the cover was molded from just being in the room. They have serious mold issues. One room smelled like a cabbage took a ****. The housekeeping solution was air freshener instead of finding the cause and correcting it. The best room had no bad smell, but clothes I never wore had spots of mold. You can see the plaster bubbling in the halls and around the room. Most of the reception staff uses their phones in speaker mode without an earpiece, so you hear it echoing down the halls. Their off-site manager calls and threatens their salaries and work/immigration status, and everyone hears that, too. The female reception is extremely loud and flirty with old men who behave inappropriately. You need ear plugs. Most of the families are Muslim, and they lock the children out of the room to be intimate. You hear them running up and down the halls. This morning I was woken up by a small child knocking on my door and running off like it was a game. I saw Al Zain try to scam a Chinese man charging 91rm for his 18rm meal today if I hadn't stepped in and covered his bill. I was so disappointed because I ate their every day for 5 weeks. But there are many restaurants in the area so choose better.

my experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was spotless and very comfortable . Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay.
