Fantastic hotel, staff, amenities and location. The staff let me drop my luggage off early and then check in early and then let me leave my luggage there for the day

I chose here before heading to kinderdijk the next morning because it is relatively cheap and still Novotel. I enjoyed the stay. So if you are visiting Rotterdam, this hotel’s location maybe too suburban. But if you re just looking for somewhere clean and nice to spend the night before heading to the next destination, this is a good choice.

The stay experience was excellent. The lobby was grand, the room hygiene was very good, and breakfast was abundant and delicious. There's also a gym, which is great for daily workouts, and the location is convenient.

Great little hotel round the corner from the train station. The rooms were basic and compact but really well designed and had everything you need. No tv or kettle in room but hot water and lemon water provided plus good free WiFi from streaming. The staff were friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this place for a budget friendly stay in Rotterdam.

Nice, stylish lobby and a great location. Parking is far too expensive as there's no private parking lot. Even after checking in online, there was still a long queue for the key. The room had no instructions and no extras like a bottle of water. No fridge for medication! Kids were playing and running in the hallway! Noisy rooms, though the sound insulation from outside is good. The mattress is comfortable but had lint that was easily felt through the bed linen.

The location is super convenient! It's a pet-friendly hotel, which is great. It's a shame there's no parking, though. The room itself was a decent size, but the heating was incredibly weak, and I was cold all night. They do provide water on the first floor.

The hotel staff were very friendly and happy to answer all our questions. The breakfast buffet was simple, but had everything I needed. The room facilities were complete. The hotel's location is very convenient, with tram and train stations nearby.

This hotel is a great choice for business trips to Rotterdam. It's centrally located with lots of shops nearby. Both the bathroom and the room itself were quite comfortable. Being so close to the train station means you won't be rushing to catch a train to Amsterdam for your flight!

Overall, the environment was okay, and the space was decent. However, the cleanliness and tidiness of the room weren't particularly good. There were no lockers or storage cabinets to put things, and no space for luggage. The safe was also very, very small, couldn't hold anything, and offered no way to store luggage. All in all, it was still okay, and the value for money was quite good, suitable for one person.
