LLanaya Travel and ToursThe location is greatājust walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores, and if you donāt mind walking a bit more, you can even reach Burnham Park on foot.
Breakfast was delicious, with generous servings.
The facilities are clean, and the staff are approachable and friendly.
The view is beautifulāyou can clearly see the Baguio City landscape from the window and the veranda.

KKang RichelThe unit was clean, quiet, and spacious, making it suitable for 3 to 4 guests. Amenities such as a refrigerator, cooking ware, and basic kitchen utensils were available, which was very convenient. The host was responsive and replied promptly whenever we had questions, which was appreciated.
The location is a bit far from the main road and city center, but it is a good option for those who prefer a peaceful and relaxing environment.
Check-in was smooth overall, though the front desk staff was not very welcoming and when I mentioned my unit number, she did not assist or guide us, not even to show where the lift was.
Aside from that, there were no issues with the unit. The host also reached out and let us know to inform her if we needed anything for our comfort.

AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking forācozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee.
Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv.
However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it.
One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend itājust hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

JJaniceWe arrived Feb 15 10am, medyo napaaga ng konti. The room is good for 5 pax, with balcony for both rooms. Malinis and well maintained naman po ang Unit. Accomodating namang recep, but the host didnāt contact me since nasa abroad pa daw sabi ng receptionist. happy and satisfied naman kami ng family ko. With wifi naman, kaya happy mga bagets. Netflix is not working lang.

NNight crawler3 lady receptionists are very helpful and kind.rooms for improvement are no elevator,thicker blankets, if you stay in third floor stronger flow of water and heater.all in all highly recommended.location are very close to almost everything if you travel with family.

During our stay the internet/wifi inside the room is so weak and sometimes difficult to connect once your mobile phone is disconnected. The staff is friendly and approachable, but there are a little bit of improvements in cleaning, especially on the dining table. The rest we are satisfied. š«”

GGuest UserThe picture of the room I selected showed a double bed. The mention said you could get either one on arrival...a double bed or a single bunk bed.
But that is not true. The price for the room I selected was for a single bunk bed only. This is what we were told after arrving. The double bed was P200 extra a night. We paid but complained at Trip.com. We got P400 credit for the next booking. How to call this practice from the hotel? Not honest. Advertising something that is not true. I will make sure Trip.com
change that.
Hotel near a road with a lot of traffic. Walls very thin, can hear people next room. Same for the floor...could hear people walking above.

GGuest UserThe hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
