Amazing
Cchay angWe really love this hotel! The rooms are clean, the location is excellent and best of all, the service is top notch. Special mention to M' Eileen, Joe, Harold and Jae at the Club Lounge. They really took care of us when we were there.
JJen Ng Chin YuI had a great stay at ABC Hotel in Clark. The room size is more than sufficient, providing a comfortable space to work and relax. Its location is very convenientâjust minutes from Clark International Airport and right across from SM City Clark, making it easy to get around. The hotelâs facilities are also not bad, with access to multiple outdoor pools, a spa, and highâspeed WiFi thatâs ideal for business travellers. The helpful staff and variety of dining options further enhanced the experience. Overall, a solid choice for both work and leisure.
TTeacher MamaStaffs are all very warm, attentive and welcoming. Amneties are all fun for my child. Food in their Xi Restaurant is the best Chinese food ever! They also give complimentary bday cake for my child.
AAnonymous UserOnly negative impression was with the breakfast buffet.
Got free parking, but it's just hidden. If you have a car, it's a great place to stay. However, for backpackers on the go, it might not be the best option. The front desk staff are friendly, and the rooms were fantastically clean. My only negative impression was with the breakfast buffet. Since we came up at 9:30 onwards, the buffet line wasn't refilled, mentioning that we came up late. I understand that for two people, there's no need to refill, but at least offer food that's sufficient for two people, as we also paid for the full package. The coffee wasn't hot, and the creamer just floated on it. Good thing there was an Ă la minute egg counter.
LLuigi Co2nd time here. Good stay as usual. Bed was comfortable, AC was working perfectly. TV had lots of international channels and provided good and crisp reception. Friendy staff and clean room.
Minor things though - the shower knob was leaking a bit.
GGuest UserLocated near the red light district, not a bad thing if that's what you like. There is a large mall @ 5 minute walk away, easy to find. Front staff/doorman were excellent. The restaurant was average at best. Much better food outside the hotel. Went to Tequila grill several times, ordered Grab to the hotel as well. Very convenient. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price. Great swimming pool, although it rained the entire week, it is still a good looking pool. I would stay here again, the balcony rooms are worth the price, can sit outside and drink/smoke while looking out over the city.
GGuest UserItâs okay. Microwave and phones not working. The grease trap smells every time we use the sink and the foul smell will fill the room and we need to spray or open the door. We stayed for 5 days, i just noticed that the staff walking by the hallway is quite noisy when theyâre passing. I talked to the front desk about this and they acknowledged.
GGuest UserI've stayed here twice, and both times, checking in took forever. The staff at the front desk were running around, talking about something I couldn't understand. Also, both times, there were no bath towels in the room, so I had to call and wait a while for them. Other than that, everything else was fine. The room's ambiance, decor, and overall environment are quite good. For the price, I'd say it's an excellent value.
UurunawaygirlI expected worse because it was very affordable but it exceeded my expectation. The room was huge, the bed was soft and clean. The bathroom was okay. If you're just having a layover, it's perfect.
GGuest UserI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It mightâve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and Iâm just a hobbit in a human world. The tablesâ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that itâd be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, itâs setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didnât seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on⌠It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
