Breath taking hotel, fabulous service from the friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing.. room was gorgeous.. food delicious.. kids loved the pool & indoor games room. It was just the break we needed.

I cannot fault this hotel at all. From the check-in to checkout we had a lovely stay, the room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, it was spotless as was the well equipped bathroom. Also I was surprised that the breakfast was so good, ripe fruit, cereals, pastries, meats and a hot selection too. I was extremely impressed with this hotel, I have stayed in other hotels which cost a lot more and they weren’t as good as this.

That's the best hotel I've ever stayed in. We stayed in Premium 2 bedroom villa,at the level of a 5-star hotel! We had everything what we could ask for to make a breakfast or dinner. We got a dishwasher and washing machine with capsules, hairdryer, coffee machine and coffee, sugar, milk powder etc. My kids were over the moon. The level of cleanliness in this hotel is incredible! We extended our stay. Staff very friendly. Let not even mention the pool, looks fantastic you can ask for. We definitely want to come back!

I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning. The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault. I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away. A big shout out to Bruno very good cocktail and he gave me tips of places to eat out side. This was such a beautiful stay. All the staff there were so lovely and accomodating. When arrived we were told we had a room upgrade which was amazing, we also had a bus which didn’t leave until later and the staff were lovely enough to let us leave our bags and hang around until we needed to go. The pool is area is beautiful and so spacious, there is also an amazing restaurant next door.

The staff make the hotel really . They are brilliant.very kind and great service . However the breakfast and the amenities like the indoor pool are not up to scratch for 5 star hotel . Breakfast was very low in quality and the indoor pool was so dated , small and honestly terrible. The outdoor pool could use renovation too. The gym (you can’t even call it a gym as there is about 5 pieces of equipment in it). My room was absolutely fab. Really liked it and loved where I was positioned, had the sun on it I’ll afternoon. Big rooms too either big balcony’s. They should have a shuttle down to the marina like most other 5 star hotels in the area as it is far. If you are a golfer I think you will enjoy this place , if you’re not then maybe somewhere with more amenities might be better for you.

This hotel has a relaxed and comfortable feel to it, and has an excellent location. Staff were polite and efficient. Hotel is extremely dated. Clean but very old fashioned which is reflected in the price. Pool and outside area are lovely. No pool towels were available for me which I found unusual for a quiet time. Breakfast is basic enough. Some issues with the room amenities. Biggest issue we had was late bar music playing and noisy guests.

Great stay overall. We came to relax and it delivered. The kids had a great time. Plenty to keep them busy: • Table tennis • Small park • Soccer area • Basketball court Everything was well maintained and easy to access. The atmosphere was calm and family friendly. Location is a big plus. Walking distance to the marina, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Good choice if you want a simple, relaxing break with kids.

Great facilities for me as an individual athlete training in the offseason. Allowing me to physically train and mentally relax as well. The football Astro, gym, hot sauna & outdoor pool were the standouts for me. There’s a really nice walk in the sun to the beach as well. The reception team was class, super friendly and helped with any queries. Would thoroughly recommend !

We received a free room upgrade, which was really nice. Dinner didn't have many options, but the quality was high. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was very close to Aquashow, which we walked to. The hotel also offered a shuttle to downtown Quarteira so we could enjoy the beach and town, which was very convenient. The shuttle driver was also a very friendly gentleman.
