Piran Hotels with Free Parking.

The staff, service, reception and cleaning are very courteous and friendly. We only had breakfast, which was very good, a large selection and always well stocked. The room was relatively new, with very well-adjusted air conditioning. The pool is very large, despite the large number of bathers there was never a crowd, and there were also enough loungers and umbrellas, which are included in the price. Access to the sea is right behind it with an easy-to-access staircase. We were very satisfied and will come back!

The hotel is located on a small harbor on the Adriatic coast. The environment is very good. There is also a 13th century church ruin next to it. It is not too far to walk to the old town of Piran from the hotel. If you don't want to walk, you can take a free shuttle bus. The station is about ten minutes away from the hotel. There is basically a bus every quarter of an hour. The hotel has ample parking space and is self-driving friendly. The hotel restaurant is large and has many guests. The breakfast is rich in variety. The front desk service is warm and the room is clean.

Ci siamo stati per il Capodanno 2026. Davvero una bellissima sorpresa. Senza chiedere un euro in più, cenone a parte, hanno curato ogni minimo dettaglio dei festeggiamenti (musica, bottiglia in camera, serata di gala, ecc.). Addirittura la colazione di Capodanno non ha avuto nulla da invidiare al cenone della sera prima!! Anche qui musica e brindisi di prima mattina. Staff gentilissimo, attento ad ogni richiesta anche se nel campo della mera cortesia personale. Assolutamente consigliato anche per la vicinanza e la praticità per visitare Pirano e Portorose! Voto 10 e lode

Very good breakfast on the beautiful terrace dreamfully beautiful ☀️👌 Check-in very friendly and competent Rooms correspond to 4**** , however, handdoes were exchanged only daily ... The hotel has a very large, beautiful Polish facility, but the cleanliness in the damento toilet (no soap, ...) remains to be desired, out of 3 toilets was only 1 available; 1 was generally blocked, 1 could not be closed ... But despite these ”defects” it was a nice time and we're happy to come back!☀️

Appartamento in resort, completamente nuovo, arredamento moderno, fornito di tutto ciò che serve. Pulizia ottima. Piscina coperta con idromassaggio tenuta bene con acqua di mare riscaldata quanto basta. Staff gentile e accogliente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo ad inizio GIUGNO. Posizione eccezionale equidistante da Izola, Portorose e Pirano. Immerso nella natura, giardino ben curato e spiaggia privata. Ampia disponibilità di parcheggio coperto e scoperto. Consigliato!!!

As a summary: rather spend more money and take the Kempinski next door. This „Lifeclass“ hotel is faded glory. The provided pics for „Standard double room with sea view“ are not realistic. I paid more than USD 330 for an old, worn-out hotel room! The sea view was a view on an old pool deck... The parking situation is as already described. The reception‘s quote: „we have a hotel parking, to find a free space, good luck“. Positive: Terme looks nice and renovated from outside and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in the extra building of the hotel and the Metropolis casino, so you have to get the keys there from the room, just so you won't get there, there is no staff constantly. First the main hotel then this. I turned the circle, going first to him, then returning, then again to him. The distance between them is small, 100 meters. But there was no description of it. It is great that you can use the spa and the pools of the main hotel. Breakfasts take place there. They are, by the way, chic, after all the main hotel is 5-star. The room is small but good, everything is on the level. There is a refrigerator, a tea station. The balcony wasn't in my category, but they are at all. In the morning the rain began, so I was without a umbrella, called the receptacle, brought the umbrella and brought the hotel lo. After they gave me the umbrella, because the rain continued and I didn't plan to end. The hotel is satisfied!

Good location, there is also a restaurant by car to the attractions or walking to the hotel. Room hygiene is arranged on the restaurant floor, in the direction of the garbage room... There are three flies and mosquitoes in the room, which need to be handled by yourself. Parking problem, because there is no parking space, so I chose to park other private parking lots, but when I checked it, I was charged, and I canceled the charge after listening clearly, so everyone should be careful to listen and check the receipt details. Hotel facilities, swimming pool, breakfast and room service are good.

The hotel's indoor swimming pool is a seawater pool. The reception staff at the door are very enthusiastic. The sauna can be used privately. Only simple tea and fruit are provided. The breakfast and dinner are honestly very average, but it's better than nothing. The beach is beautiful. Next time I will choose a beach vacation in Croatia.

Very good location, 3 or 4 hotels connected , hotel on the hill and there is need to climb the stairs or go around to enter it. For elderly might be an issue, the same from Hotel Neptun reaching pools. Reservation table very informative and helpful, clean and spacy hall. I got room on top 6 floor and due to hot weather the AC was working very poorly and all 3 night it was very difficult to sleep. Breakfast included and quite good, vary, but the same each morning. Parking for the car expensive - 15 Eur per day, additional city tax and tourist tax applied. There were no any water in a room or tea, coffee set . In the pool area no drinking water available as well, as the water in pools from see and very salty you want to drink very soon and need to go to WC only, even if they have some bar space it was not working. The bar in the hotel lobby not working as well or only some 1-2 hours in evening, you will not get coffee or bier during entire day, drinking water available only from wending machine. Maybe the concept of the hotel is but it reminds more like boarding house or sanatorium
