GGuest UserThe room is clean and comfortable. The climate in North Dakota is not as cold as expected. The indoor air conditioning facilities are complete.
Service: The service is very thoughtful and meticulous. The staff are also very patient and friendly and happy to solve problems.
Environment: I like the indoor swimming pool and hot spring SPA the most. Guests who come here should not miss it.

BBinteVery comfortable bed. Room comes with microwave. Very clean. Good breakfast except the we feedback to the hotel that the cook should not have added salt to the scrambled eggs. Love the waffles.
Staff are friendly and attend to queries and requests promptly.
Hotel charge USD 10 per day for parking. Located next to highway so you can expect vehicle passing noise all night but I slept soundly though (I am a light sleeper) . I requested for non-highway facing room. The curtains are thick enough to block out most noise.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel multiple times, my most recent visit was an exception to the rule of excellent. We arrived to our room and a horrible smell of sewage hit us even my daughters didn't wanna go in the room. I called guest services and they had a valet switch our rooms in about 5 minutes and even upgraded us to a better room. Which I wasn't expecting but made up for that weird moment. Other than that our other stays are always pleasant and now I know if something goes wrong they'll go above and beyond to fix it! We've also visited the restaurants and they are a good place to eat and the location for us is 100% the best. Employees are also always friendly and helpful. Will recommend and continue to stay here in the future

GGuest UserLocation was perfect for my needs, front desk was a little slow on check-in, but found out that it a person in training so understandable.
Breakfast was okay, I only ate here the one time and it was fine.
Only 1 elevator was working for the 3 days I was there.
Room was clean and nice size with 2 queen beds.
Overall 4/5 and I would stay again.

GGuest UserThis place is one of my favorite spots for my family and I to just relax for a weekend. We love the staff simply because they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The front desk is always attentive to our needs and accommodates us with whatever it is that we need. The rooms are always clean, they smell fresh, linens are always crisp, and hygiene essentials are always restocked. We love the bar downstairs so you can grab a drink and take it to the hot tub and enjoy a nice peaceful night with your lady while the kiddos are in the big pool. I would recommend the radisson all the time and could give it more stars if I was able too. Thank you guys for making my stay memorable!!

GGuest UserLast minute booking for a funeral, it was convenient to where we needed to go. The room was definitely not swept up or mopped. I had to use a washcloth to clean a big dirty stain on the floor and there were crumbs of whatever the prior occupants left. It was nice that the pet area was clean. Food was ok, eggs were undercooked but it was nice to have something to eat.

GGuest UserUnfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing due to the cleanliness of the room. Upon arrival, there were random hairs scattered throughout the room, the carpet appeared poorly vacuumed, and we encountered signs of bed bugs during our stay. Cleanliness and guest comfort should be a priority, and this experience did not meet basic expectations. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve future guest experiences.
