The room was spacious and fully equipped. Hot water, coffee and tea were available free of charge 24 hours a day. There was a free shuttle bus to and from Newark Airport. The surroundings were quiet and there was no noise to disturb my sleep.

Good facility, and staff were quick to provide pack n play for my family. The hotel is in an interesting pocket that wasn't as quick to get to from the airport as I would have expected

I booked two rooms for the weekend of the big snowstorm, January 23–25, for a comedy show at NJPAC. The location was perfect, and I was scheduled to check out on Sunday, 1/25/26. Due to the snow, my train at Newark Penn Station was canceled, so I needed to extend my stay for an additional night. The young lady on duty on 1/24 and 1/25 told me the hotel was completely booked and suggested I go down the street to their sister hotel, the DoubleTree. She didn’t offer to make any calls or try to help in any way. Whatever happened to customer support, where the on-duty clerk would make an effort to assist? She did nothing, and I was stuck. I will never book at that hotel again.

Stayed here after a late night flight into EWR. The hotel had a free shuttle that picked us from the airport. The staff was very welcoming despite our late check in and short stay. Rooms were clean and comfy!
