Very beautiful and spacious room, clean and tidy, and very convenient to stay! The landlord responded super fast. One suggestion is that you can clearly mark the location of the door and the room on the first floor. When I lived, someone from other rooms knocked on the door. I thought it was a thief. I couldn't find the room. Within five minutes walk from Brown University, there is a good coffee shop called coffee exchange within ten minutes walk. Overall very recommended!

Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, right by the state government offices, and next to a large shopping mall. The mall's parking garage charges $20 for an overnight stay, which is acceptable, and it's clean and safe. It's convenient to eat here. The Cheese Factory on the first floor of the mall is open until past 10 PM, so late arrivals don't have to worry about not finding food. If you don't have breakfast included, you can also grab breakfast at the bakery on the first floor of the mall; there's a good variety of choices and it's not expensive. Service: The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and I didn't experience any discrimination.

Our hotel, probably located along the road, was incredibly noisy even with the windows closed. I could hear cars whirring outside constantly. During check-in, the front desk clerk didn't ask for my credit card for the deposit and parking fee. The next morning, the room alarm went off twice after 6:00 AM. For unknown reasons, they called again after 8:00 AM to ask if I hadn't used my credit card to pay for parking. It was truly terrible.
