HH Stefan BrachaThis is a wonderful long-term stay hotel.
Its greatest advantage over other hotels in the Mayo Clinic area is the friendliness and competence of the staff.
every single one of the staff that I’ve interacted with was superb. Most four-star hotels don’t have this level of service that I’ve experienced at StayBridge
the breakfast buffet is very good. The restaurant is outstanding. The staff at the reception desk is more competent and nicer than any hotel I can think of in Minnesota
It is across the entrance from Mayo St. Mary’s Hospital
Also there are several very good restaurants within two blocks in each direction
I’ve stayed in four other hotels in the three years that I receive care at Mayo Clinic and this one is fairly superior to the others.

GGuest UserThis was the second time we have stayed at this location and the service has been very consistent…ABSOLUTELY 100% EXCELLENT!!! It is nice to feel the workers truly care especially when most of the customers are dealing with medical issues that stay there. 😍
GGuest UserThe facility is new, clean and well cared for. The staff was very professional, as well as friendly with excellent customer service as their first priority The price was fair. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning with a large variety of items to eat. The swimming pool was a bonus. I would highly recommend this motel, as my experience was 5 star! I plan to return whenever I am in town. Very safe for the solo traveler. Beautiful scenery and location in Rochester Minnesota
GGuest UserFirst time staying there. Location was good for us. Easy route to visit family from the hotel. We did a 3 night stay. Didn’t deal with much service, but the desk attendants were very nice. Room was adequate and quiet.
AAnonymous UserGreat place for anyone using the Mayo Clinics...nice, big rooms, comfortable beds, microwave & small fridge for extended stay needs. Very good breakfast. Only negative was the super LOW toilet.
JJer (JQLP)I’ve stayed here dozens of times. This stay we had no heat in our room. At checkout I told the front desk he should have maintenance check our room heater. I had a picture of the thermostat and showed him the air temp in the room was a chilly 62 degrees. He responded by saying they had turned off the boilers yesterday because it was warm outside. I told him that was ridiculous and wondered why they were not turned on again for the night. When I told him we woke in the middle of the night and we were cold, he simply stated we should have called the front desk and they would have brought us a space heater. I told him that’s ridiculous and 62-63 degrees is unacceptable. He offered no other solution, apology, or a credit of any sort. This is very disappointing as most of my other stays here were just fine.
DDeborah HambleyFabulous hotel & staff ,& great location. Shower could do with a seat & grab bars at shower end & a detachable showerhead, & grab rails at toilet, to make it more suitable for those of us with disabilities. And power assisted/self opening room doors/doors throughout hotel. Shame bar wasn't open. Room bins could have done with emptying more regularly. Rooms would be better with a keurig coffee machine than percolator, plus coffee in rooms wasn't great, glad I brought my own. But other than those few things, a great hotel, staff, breakfast & coffee in breakfast room were fantastic. Staff were all very friendly & very helpful. Certainly better than the last hotel I stayed at in Rochester MN.
GGuest UserClean hotel. Checking in was easy and the staff were very friendly! Although they did not have a hot breakfast, I would stay again due to the staff and their friendliness. I would recommend to the next person.
RRebekahGSo, I intentionally chose the cheapest hotel available in the area, since I was only staying the night. I was actually surprised to see that it was an extended stay when I got there. The space was clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. The down sides were that the space was very old (the chair in the room needed to be replaced) and the advised breakfast was just a grab bag that only had applesauce, apple juice, and a water.
