I was very satisfied with the hotel, and I'd like to add some tips about transportation from the airport to the hotel. If there are four or fewer people traveling, taking the train is a good option, as the fare is $5.25 USD per person. If there are more than four of you, just use Uber. The hotel is very close to the airport. For our family of five, we booked a 6-seater car, which comfortably fit our three large suitcases, and it cost between $25-30 USD. The price varied slightly between our arrival and departure, but it was generally in that range.

room was spacious and nicely furnished. mattress was OK. only one sink. breakfast was so-so. eggs were good. coffee was awful. personnel were pleasant and mostly helpful. No ice machines, but they will give you ice at no charge. I would probably stay here again, depending on the price of the room.

Flying from Salt Lake City to San Francisco for a one-night stay. After exiting the airport, there are hotel shuttle signs. Just wait for the hotel's circulating shuttle bus, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. Check-in was convenient, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and hygienic, and it was nice to be able to make your own waffles for a warm breakfast. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.

Overall, my experience at Holiday Inn Express was great. The location is usually convenient, which is a plus whether you're driving or on a business trip. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, and both the soundproofing and air conditioning work consistently well. Breakfast is a American-style buffet with a good variety of choices, and they restock quickly, which is perfect for travelers on a tight schedule. The staff at the front desk are friendly and check-in was very efficient. All in all, it offers good value for money and is ideal for short stays or for those looking for a hassle-free experience.

I attended the NVIDIA conference, and by sheer coincidence, all nearby hotels were fully booked—leaving me with no choice but to book this hotel, which is only a 50-minute drive away. Although I arrived very late, the front desk attendant, a reserved yet exceptionally friendly and professional young lady, made me feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by its remarkable cleanliness. For the price I paid, this hotel far surpassed the quality of the $500–$600 hotels I’ve experienced in San Francisco. Regardless of who the owner is or who handles the cleaning, I must commend you on your outstanding standards. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a hotel that conducts business, management, and service with such integrity. Although the hotel is not positioned as a high-end establishment, any initial hesitation I had completely vanished upon arrival. In fact, if I ever find myself in this area again, I will not hesitate to book a week-long stay. Compared to the overpriced hotels in San Francisco that often fail to deliver true value, your hotel is like an oasis in a desert. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a delightful bonus. It left me feeling refreshed and energized, allowing me to enjoy the beach scenery the next morning before returning to the conference. I truly appreciate the heartfelt service, especially from the front desk attendant—her kindness and professionalism made all the difference. The hotel offers a wonderful setting, with direct access to the sea – perfect for catching sunsets. The on-site food and drink options, including a Starbucks, are incredibly convenient. A shuttle service is also provided, making returns from San Francisco business trips very easy.

This hotel is great and worth it for the price. Perfect for nights out in SF with a safer environment as it’s only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown. The room was big and comfy. Breakfast was delicious and with a good selection. Would stay again 100%.

It was evident that the bedding was changed for each guest, and the bathroom had undergone basic disinfection with no obvious uncleaned spots. The hotel's biggest advantage is its proximity to the airport, making it convenient for catching flights. The downside is that most guests are short-term travelers, leading to a mixed crowd. You often see strangers with a lot of luggage in the elevators. Service, however, was good; all services adhered to brand standards, and the staff were friendly. There's a shuttle bus service that stops at multiple hotels.

Great location for travelers catching early morning flight in SFO. Staff got me room closer to entrance that is so thoughtful. But old but it seem to be fair for the price and great location
