伯伯罗奔尼撒大大Hotel parking is free, breakfast is a warm American simple meal, the rooms are spacious, clean and cost-effective. The service is good, especially when we left the computer at the hotel, but when we found out we were already in another city. The hotel helped to keep it, and we picked it up two days later. There are many places to eat next to the hotel, as well as shops and grocery stores. In addition, Springfield itself is not big, so it is very convenient to drive to Lincoln House and Lincoln Museum from the hotel for about ten minutes. I didn't take pictures because it was the same as in the introduction! 😊 We are traveling by car and are very satisfied with this hotel.

PPEIYUThere are about 10 things for breakfast. There is basically nothing to eat in the American breakfast, but the waiter is very enthusiastic.

Service: The front desk staff is OK, warm. Efficient. Several people lined up to check in at that time. But they were all fast.

GGuest UserThis hotel seemed a good value but we had a major issue. After several tries, even the staff could not get the key card to work. Another room was provided but unfortunately, we could not access medication, feminine hygiene products, toiletries, food/water. I deducted points from the service score as we were left without updates as to when maintenance would assist us. Trip customer service reported that nobody would answer the phone when they tried to assist us. It was not until I inquired that were were informed were would be locked out until the next morning. As a result, I had to go out and purchase necessities. Despite the cost and inconvenience all Trip.com offered was $5 in coins, which is unacceptable. The hotel said they would refund to our card but since we booked Trip the couldn't do anything.
That said, the staff was courteous and professional, one staff member even loaned us a phone charge cable which was appreciated.
The room itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and this was the best part of the stay.
Breakfast: I don't recommend the breakfast. The offerings were very similar to other hotels but preparation seems to be the weak link. For example, the sausage appeared to have just thawed and was colder than room temp. The eggs were watery with brown chunks in them, perhaps from scorching the bottom.
TLDR: Our needs were minimal and without our difficulties with the key cards and breakfast this would have been a good value. It's concerning that a hotel doesn't have a way to access a room in an emergency scenario.
