The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic to help find the place to rent a snow chain, so it was easy to find. The hotel is clean, the air conditioner is a bit loud, the overall is good, the hotel is not very far from the national park.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and overall the service felt smooth despite the crowds. Food options were varied and convenient. I’d definitely recommend arriving early to make the most of your day.
Totally worth the visit—had such a great time and would love to come back again!
