GGuest UserThere are not enough deck chairs by the pool, and when we ask for them we are told that there are no more. There are only 10 deck chairs when there should be at least double that. Customers are forced to lie on the floor on the tiles. However, there is plenty of room around the pool to put more deck chairs. There is even a terrace below the swimming pool, which could accommodate new deck chairs. I don't understand why the hotel managers don't buy more deck chairs. It’s ridiculous and it doesn’t correspond to the standard of the hotel. For the rest, the staff is lovely, the restaurant is good, and the view is beautiful (although sometimes/often foggy but that's the weather). The price is way too high (100€/night for us, out of season...) compared to other hotels in Vietnam, especially for lying on the floor on the hard tiles. I hope this point will be changed for the next customers.
