I stay for two nights, every morning and late at night people talk loudly you can hear people talking from outside , very annoying special when you are sleeping.

Staff was welcoming and friendly, check in was easy. I was attending a convention as a vendor at L.A. convention center and the A-line took me within five minutes walking distance from the venue.
Definitely what you'd expect for the price, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms need some definite TLC, but it's a place to sleep.

It was a bad experience bad customer service I left my cellphone in the front counter and when I got to my room I realized it went back less than 15 min it was gone I ask the receptionist Ignacio to check the cameras because there was only one customer that was checking in back of me and the receptionist he said he couldn’t check the cameras till Tuesday…. Any other hotel would check quick since the camera is facing the counter
