I arrived one Saturday at around 2:30am and was impressed with how clean the hotel was. Check-in was also quick and I found the room cosy and clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and remember being impressed by how quickly food was replenished. The staff were very friendly and, one time I was having a hard time booking a cab so the guard went out of his way to help me find a cab.
This hotel is great for short trips without kids. However, if your stay involves attending an event where you need to dress up, be aware that the lighting is quite dim and not ideal for putting on make-up. I wish it were a bit brighter.

I booked for one night to catch an early flight. I got up at 3:50 am. to get prepared to leave. There is no hot water for the shower. waited 7 mins, letting the water run. Finally, I gave up and took a cold shower.
Breakfast was not ready when we left it was too early for buffet breakfast at the hotel. They provided a grab meal. Wow, it was so cheaper a bag full of bread rolls. Nothing else, what did that cost 50 pesos.

Location is good as it’s just a 5-min walk to Newport Mall. Breakfast is ok, and has option of “Grab&Go” if you’re in a hurry which includes assorted pastries, box of brownies and coffee/juice.
It’s just that my shower’s heater seems not working properly (already reported twice) and backlight of the bathroom’s mirror was also needing of replacement/ repair.
