My name is Suresh K B, am from Kerala, settled in Delhi. I had this trip to Patnitop alongwith my Vaishno Devi temple visit. Maharaja hotel stay was excellent in terms of rooms facilities, service, food and location wise. Excellent. Only Wifi system was not ok as it was not getting through in our and others rooms.

We did not get the room, which we have booked, neither the room was valley side view nor the room was spacious, they allotted a small room to us, the soap given to us for hand wash and bathing was of poor quality which people use for washing utensils. The only thing good was the food and room services by boys.

Bad experience, i had booked a triple deluxe room but they gave me a normal room. I argued but they said it's mmt's fault as it is showing double deluxe room in the system. Also the service was not good. Overall experience was not good.

The resort was at a height which offers scenic beauty & view of nattha top hillside. The area is quite & in the lap of lush green pine trees. The room is spacious with all the amenities in it. And the food service is best i have had in jammu & kashmir specially for vegetarians (jains). The staff is extremely helpful & friendly. I would recommend this to everyone may it be a group of family, friends or couples.

it was not good when I entered the hotel I have booked 3 rooms ....but rooms was not good washroom untidy bedsheets was not clean doors were not locked properly...when I booked I saw their in a room mentioned mini bar and etc... he gave me untidy room I m not satisfied

The stay was average. Service was not upto the mark. Problem during check in. Rooms not clean. View from room was good though
