This is the worst hotel we ever stayed in Pattaya. The room is foul, and dusty curtains, and stained coffee cups. We found a dead centipede on the floor in our room. There was a bad internet connection during our stay and the hallway carpets are dusty. It was very unorganized for the breakfast room. We will never trust and recommend anyone to stay at this hotel ever!

I had the family room which was the most expensive one. The beds were old and hard. The water pressure was poor.
Worst of all was the terrible air conditioning.
Location was good for beach and 7/11

Very cozy hotel. We chose it because of the pool. I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. Clean, variety of dishes, pleasant music and very tasty coffee. The staff is very friendly, they always open the door for you. All rooms will have a view of the sea, as the hotel building is very well located.

The hotel was ok, nothing special. I expected more for the price of the room. The internet was not good, and did not work all the time, it was difficult to sign in. There was no room service menu availabe in the room, I had to go to reception to ask for one, and the meals offered were VERY expensive. There was no tag in the room saying "do not disturb/ please make up my room" again I had to ask for one. As a result of this the room was not cleaned on our first day. The tv did not work properly (only a minor irritation). Water pressure in shower was just adaquate. Breakfast was ok with a wide choice of food available. The swimming pool area was very good, my children loved it. I would not stay at this hotel again.
