Place is in the middle of what's happening. Excitement, massages, bars and all. You will find everything at every corner. Easy to move around threw motor bike service. Hotel is actually better than expected. Good security and front desk. Willing to help with directions or any questions. Give a 20thb tip for any Room service. It's a must. Room are spacious. Air conditioning was sufficient but could be upgraded to newer ones. I took a room with the view to the pool. Good for hours of relaxation before partying. Good for everyone looking for a budget friendly hotel with out being a hellhole. Recommended.

Nice hotel located in soi Buakhao, a few steps from bars and restaurants. The upper rooms are very spacious and have all the comforts. There is also a small pool to cool off during the day. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a really good stay.
