My stay was quiet and relaxing. I tired to check in early due to something coming up and i got yelled at in Spanish. The drains were slow to drain in the shower and sink.
Not the friendliest hotel I've stayed in but if needed i would stay there again.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast variety was great. Room temp was perfect as most are too hot. The pool area and fitness room was excellent. Only had trouble in this area with pool showers. The water didnt get warm. Things i had trouble with that reduced the score: the shower in room was not consistent temp and mainly cold. I returned one night and was concerned about my toilet when i came back to the room as the lid was up like a guy peed in it. I was female traveling solo.

Excellent stay. Nice staff. Only downside is I had a second floor room and there is no elevator.
