Bed comfortable - temperature of room adequate. TV nice and big. Chain is a “pet friendly “ hotel so if you have furry friends, you are in luck! I believe they charge you a service fee but you are welcome to bring your pets. I do not have pets and appreciate pet free rooms and locations when available. The hotel is clean nice and comfortable however I think any room is used as a pet room so you truly cannot get” pet smell” out of the room. A better design would have been to allocate a block of rooms or a floor for pet usage. For people who are sensitive to smells and allergic, it can be a challenge. Breakfast on the other hand, is outstanding and the lady that prepares it and serves it is awesome. She is the best! she is very kind and does a great job!

The first guy I talked to on the phone about a shuttle was pretty rude. When I got there and checked into my room it was filthy and roach infested. I was absolutely appalled considering how high the ratings were. The linen was dirty the walls were covered in gunk. Just not clean at all. I really appreciated the kindness of the night manager Glenda she was very kind and helpful with the situation all things considered.

Was clean and easy to get to and had good parking. Only thing I didn’t like was the room had a musty smell from the air conditioning unit which struggled to keep the room cool.
