It was a chic hotel, with spacious rooms, a balcony with comfortable sun loungers. The food was very tasty, a pool bar with smiling staff. I will definitely come back again

The small garden rooms are nice, hidden among lush plants. You can snorkel and see corals after leaving the hotel, but the hotel only has two hair dryers in total. If someone borrows it and doesn't return it, you won't be able to dry your hair.

Great staff and clean, spacious room with outdoor bathroom. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Gili Air, especially if you’re planning to go scuba diving as well. We will be back for our next Gili Air trip

When I asked if the bathroom was in the room, I heard the answer was yes.
Indeed, there was a toilet in the room, but it was an open toilet located outside.

The location was good as it was close to the port.
It's just east, so it's hard to see the sunrise, but you have to walk a bit to see the sunset.
As the bathroom is outdoors, there are a lot of ants and insects, and they come into the room.

We had a wonderful time with Manta Dive resort. Our only complaint was that there was very little light in the rooms. Wife was originally concerned that the bathroom and toilet was outside

This is a great resort if you are into diving. The rates are great and the dive crew first rate. This is my second visit and it did not disappoint. Rooms are neat and clean with a great restaurant attached for a relaxed breakfast prior to diving. Well done Manta Dive

We had a short but great stay at Manta Dive Resort. Room was comfortable, good working air con and clean. Real fast was included and delicious with several options to choose from which is nice for multi day stay. We did one day of diving and the team was wonderful, rental equipment worked well, dive guides and boat staff were wonderful. The manager Rob was very helpful as well. Highly recommend as a place to base out of in the Gilis to explore and do some diving!

Great hotel, spacious rooms with outdoor shower. Friendly staff. Diving school is linked to the hotel. That's easy at checkout. Breakfast was included and plenty to choose from. Rooms all have some kind of outdoor area, if you have had enough of the air conditioning.

Manta dive was a good resort to stay at for diving - the staff were friendly and obviously passionate about their work and the area they work in. They knew their dive sites well and the guided dives were well-organized, friendly, and safe. The rooms were a little dated, and the bed linens could be renewed -rips and such made them feel a little old. The resort is 3-star, but I was surprised that there weren't bedside tables, the mini fridge was empty and the rooms were basic and bare. Likewise the pool was pretty but missing tiles and not very clean most of our stay. The food was very tasty in the restaurant, (although please provide earlier times for coffee in the morning if possible for us early risers) Again though, if you are there to dive, all of these things were irrelevant to a great diving holiday.
