The hotel needs updating and is now, a few years on, rather "worn". That said, the redeeming factor was the price, and most importantly, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Kieran, in particular was absolutely fantastic and a real credit to the company. Thank you Kieran.

I stayed here with my boyfriend because it was the only affordable accommodation in Perth on the days we were staying, and even then I wouldn’t say it was cheap. We found things were missing from our room, for example tissues and hand soap. When I asked at reception for some soap I actually had to insist because the guy on the desk made it sound like only the housekeeping staff could replace it. Our cards kept becoming deactivated as well - we never held it against our phones because we knew it demagnetises it, but we had to get our key cards replaced 4 times over our two night stay. There were a couple of other issues with customer service that overall left us feeling not at all confident in the staff. The location is great I will say that, and we were facing the street and didn’t find it noisy at all. The water pressure is great, the bed was fine, but beware that unless you are totally strapped for cash the “sleeps four” room will not give a good sleep for more than two people, they’re not proper beds.

Only stayed two nights - was in town for business. The room was good - plenty of spacious. Breakfast was decent. Secure parking out back @£8 per night which isn’t bad. One down side was the shower is in the bath - power is good but it has a dreaded shower curtain!! Why oh why in 2024? Location is good too more or less in the middle of town but nice and quiet.

We stayed here as we were attending a concert next door. Location superb. We purchased the bed/breakfast/evening meal deal which was great value. Food was lovely. Our room (room 1) was on the ground floor. Perfect after having a few drinks. The room was a good size, exceptionally clean and the bed/pillows were perfect. A definite bonus was having the car park.

I left my Air Pods in the hotel (my location tracer clearly showed the location). I rang 4 times to ask if someone would check the room I was in to search for them. I was promised a call back but no-one ever called me. Most disappointing. The very standard room was vastly overpriced. I stayed on 20th August for two nights. The breakfast very average.

Missing bedside light just taped up. Walls a bit marked could have benefited from a bit of attention. No walk in shower as I’d seen in videos just a shower over the bath which was steep and slippery climbing in and out. Bed was comfy. Good selection at breakfast.

We have stayed in this hotel numerous times as a stop over to visiting the Highlands. It's always been very comfortable with nice clean rooms. However.......on this occasion it couldn't have been any different. As soon as we walked into the room the smell was disgusting. It was like a drain/must/damp. We were going to go straight back to reception but decided (our fault) to stay there as it was only for 1 night, hoping that it would just dissipate. I couldn't have been more wrong. It was still there after we returned after our evening meal. We actually bought a plug in air freshner to no avail. There was also a damp patch on the carpet outside the bathroom. The room wasn't very clean and there was only one hard wooden chair to sit on apart from the bed. Outside the room the ceiling tiles were stained brown, as though there had been a leak at some point. There was also a pair of pliers in the tile/ceiling grill in the room (picture taken as proof). Not being a person to complain, I spoke to the duty manager who was very apologetic. She said she would arrange for the maintenance people to look at the room to find the source of the smell and ask housekeeping to clean the carpet. At £143 for the night, this was unacceptable. But no mention of a refund. Yes, I should have asked to move rooms but we should not have been put in there in the first place. Surely the cleaners would have noticed the smell when cleaning it. And to top it all, the breakfast the next morning was cold. A poor show by Premier Inn.

We had booked in at another hotel in Perth. However, on arrival at this hotel, they were unable to find our booking, though we produced evidence. The hotel was full, so we tried Premier Inn, Perth. A warm reception with guidance on how to book with them for the night. Iwona on reception could not have been more helpful, with the room, parking, and providing other information. Well done Iwona and Premier Inn!
